I recently have become gluten free and went to flame broiler to get some lunch. I kindly asked the lady working if she could double check if a steak bowl was gluten free for me. The lady said to me “oh I don’t know” and I followed up with “is there anyway you can please check the ingredients for me?” She told me she COULD NOT help because they don’t keep that information there. I had to walk out hungry and was absolutely appalled by her service and how she handled the situation. People have celiacs disease and dietary restrictions so her not being educated on it is ridiculous…. Super bummed

We appreciate them accommodating our family of young kids. I know it can be hard to please people but they made it easy for us to enjoy a meal. Food was great, service was good despite me being stressed with these crazy kids causing a ruckus while I ordered. ? thanks ??

Oh my gosh! We have been enjoying a chicken & broccoli bowl with brown rice pretty much every Friday night! Making one of our weekend meals a healthy choice! I cannot say enough about how kind they are there! ♥️
