I love Goldenspoon so much more than Yogurtland. It’s creamier and sweeter. We usually go to Newport when our daughter has an Ortho appointment but I was craving it and this is the closest one to us. Customer service was seriously lacking. Could really tell the guy didn’t want to be there. Spoiled teen whose parents made him get a job I guess.

This is THE stereotypical frozen yogurt shop. There's a gaggle of teenagers running the place with MAYBE one of them being a few days past 18 that is allowed to hold the keys and, at the end of the day, count the minimal amount of cash they get. Haha.They do a great job, they really do. But it seems that no one has taught this generation of future call center employees how to smile and be inviting.

Great food, atmosphere and service
The yogurt is delicious but the customer service is outstanding. I bring my brother here every so often and a certain employee named Mariah is extra friendly and helpful. She is patient and kind when my brother asks for samples too. Haha! I went last night and she greeted me with a friendly smile, which I must say is rare in customer service these days.
