For several years now the people who work here are super friendly and give excellent service. On this visit the lady who helped us made a mistake and instead of tossing the mistake she offered it to us in addition to our order. Additionally, and unlike many other comparable froyo and ice cream places, they always give you a generous portion here. We got peanut butter cup and strawberry on this visit. Both are excellent and standard flavors that typically do not rotate in their lineup. The consistency and flavor was great as usual. We do not usually ask for samples, but we tried the egg nog. It was just ok, but we would not be able to tolerate a whole cup of it. This location is in a busy strip mall, but we have never had trouble finding parking. Additionally, the prices at this location are slightly lower than the other remaining locations of this former chain that we assume is all franchised now. Definitely 5 stars and recommend giving these guys a try if u r in the area and in the mood for some froyo. Sorry, no pics this visit.

Their frozen yogurt is always delicious! Lots of flavors and toppings to choose from. They don't scoop the toppings on top where they mostly fall off, but put them in the middle which is a great idea. Lots of specials and stamp cards and the service is always friendly and efficient. We are lucky to have such a gem in Huntington Beach.

This is THE stereotypical frozen yogurt shop. There's a gaggle of teenagers running the place with MAYBE one of them being a few days past 18 that is allowed to hold the keys and, at the end of the day, count the minimal amount of cash they get. Haha.They do a great job, they really do. But it seems that no one has taught this generation of future call center employees how to smile and be inviting.

I have not been here a while but I wanted some so I went. As always from what I remember, that had excellent frozen yogurt.The flavors change all the time, so today I got Salted Caramel, Fresh Peach, and Peanut Butter Cup. All were great.For this specific location they get an added star because they offer Seniors a 15% discount off the yogurt. YEAH BOY!!!Keep it up.

Only negative is they don't get in a good selection of flavors and too many are too similar (peanut butter and peanut butter cup, chocolate malt and just chocolate). They keep the toppings fresh and the employees are nice. Plus they have a cute little seating area inside.
This is our second time coming (Saturday) to this location. We came here today to get our mini cups. I got the peanut butter (which is my all-time favorite) and the chocolate. The best combination! This location has many special offers like Monday and Wednesdays 50% off minis. 2 quarts on Fridays for $14.50. Thank you for offering special offers. The young girl working was very nice and helpful, too!

The yogurt is delicious but the customer service is outstanding. I bring my brother here every so often and a certain employee named Mariah is extra friendly and helpful. She is patient and kind when my brother asks for samples too. Haha! I went last night and she greeted me with a friendly smile, which I must say is rare in customer service these days.

I have been going to Golden Spoon since 1987! The best frozen yogurt and service anywhere. Service where they actually serve you. NOT SELFSERVE. THE quality is superb and the sides are great. Many of the other GS have changed, sadly or closed. I'll be back. So happy
