Green Tomato Grill - Huntington Beach

I come in here all the time and it is one of my favorite places to eat! The staff is always super friendly and attentive and the decor is so cute. I usually get the avocado bacon ranch salad and it is always do fresh and delicious. If you are looking for a clean and green place to eat, Green Tomato Grill is the place!

Customer service is bad. Management needs to take a good look on who they’re leaving the store to attend to. If you’re gonna leave two teenagers on the floor, at least make sure they actually give the customer their food because in my case, I had to ask for my food while it was already sitting on the side getting cold.

10 out of 10 the best spot around. Super convenient quick and healthy. Prices are fair I even went in one day and they gave me buy one get one free protein bowl. I felt nourished and ready to face today after Green tomato.

Lazy workers. At a table near ours 2 workers were speaking Spanish loudly on a brake I guess. Order taker was noticeably impatient taking our order. Green tomatoes were tough and hard to chew. Salad was all arugula and very long. No knife available to cut, so had to try and sloppily cram in my mouth. Had to go upfront for a box and the worker acted like he didn't know what to do. Doubt I will return. I should have seen. Red flag, as no one was in the cafe to be served when I got there.

I have always ordered these green fried tomatoes and today they were absolutely horrible just hard batter called restaurant and girl was rude didn't even apologize also sounded high she just said ok not except able or professional at all never going to this location again

I’ve been coming to Green Tomato Grill in HB almost daily for the past year since I work in the area. Food is always fresh, delicious and healthy. This has been a game changer for me as far as keeping my macros in check while on the go. The staff are extremely friendly and always remember your name and will go the extra mile to make sure everything is right for you. Restaurant is clean and cozy as well, they usually have nice relaxing music on in the background as well!

I really enjoy green tomato grill but can we talk about the customer service, went in this past Sunday and a guy helped me ,tell me why he was having a side conversation with with another employee while taking my order like what? So rude.

I placed a large catering order for Golden West College. I order Chicken, Steak, and Veggie wraps. The order was ready on time and packed nice and neat. The student really enjoyed the wraps.

Food is great. I am always there. I always place orders to go and everyone usually is so friendly. However my experience with Melanie M was awful. She was not friendly , very snobby , kept correcting me. Made me feel uncomfortable. Rushing me. Not happy about that encounter .
