We're regulars at Gyu-Kaku HB, and we want to give a big thank you to Jonathon and the whole team. Since the Tustin location closed, they've all been working extra hard, and it really shows. Shout out to Laney, Orlando, and Henry for always making us feel welcome and providing great service. The team here is friendly, attentive, and consistently goes above and beyond to make every visit a great experience. We really appreciate all of you!

Great place happy hour prices have gone up I'm guessing much as remaining economy soft drinks should have a HH price too.

HVAC system dripped condensate onto our table, skin, and food. Disgusting. Called public health.

What a gem this place is!! Went for a business meeting and the food was so delicious, and our server Ben was amazing! We will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Ben! :)

The food is so good and so are the sauces. It gives you privacy in your booth. The music is loud or it would be very relaxing. We order hamachi steak, pork belly and bacon crisps, salad, prime kalbi short ribs, salad and all fresh and delicious

I took my granddaughters for a birthday dinner and we had such a fun n time! Ou try server was awesome and h made it fun. The food was so good!

My four brothers and I were celebrating a bachelor party and were seated in a semi-private room in the back. We ordered prix fixe which was perfect because the food just kept coming. Wait staff was nice and made us feel at home

Bri is always the best. The food comes out quick and everything is always so flavorful! Drinks all always cold and they have the best Happy hour. The Spicy Cabbage and chili yuzu roast beef are my favorite

Great dinning experience. We had fun & enjoyed our dinner. Service was excellent. This is a real hot spot so be sure and make a reservation. The walk in line was long.

I highly recommend Gyu-Kaku! Welcoming staff, pleasant atmosphere and great service. The food is delicious and is served quite attractively. Our waiter was so nice, taking great care of us even though the restaurant was very busy, being Father's Day! I noticed he gave us his full attention whenever he came to our table and never appeared distracted or rushed, which I liked a lot. Wonderful experience!

I've been coming to Gyu-Kaku for over ten years and have always appreciated the food and atmosphere. We recently dined in to celebrate my husband's birthday, and while most of the experience was enjoyable, there were a few disappointments. One of the meats we ordered came out incorrectly, and we also asked for shishito peppers to grill ourselves, but they brought the pre-cooked version instead and had to take it back. What surprised us most, though, was that there was no acknowledgment of the birthday; not even a small dessert or gesture, which felt like a missed opportunity to make the evening special. Despite these issues, the rest of the meal was good, and we still value Gyu-Kaku as a go-to spot. Hopefully, this was just an off night.

The food was decent but the amount of time it took between ordering each of our AYCE options was ridiculous. Especially when you're only allowed 90 mins to eat from the first time you order. Yes they were busy but they should've staffed the restaurant to accommodate the influx of customers. It was an okay experience but I won't be going back.
