That had to be the worst pizza I ever had. Like eating crispy cardboard, really overpriced.

Busy onsite hotel pizza offered inside the gift shop. Crust advertised as thin crust, but not in our case. 12 and 14 inch pies are available for breakfast through early evening.
Really delicious pizza! Crunch dough, tasty cheese and tomato sauce.
The pizza took about 17 mins, 12’ 3 toppings was about $20. Doesn’t accept Apple Pay.
Great outside patio.
Look, I know that this is hotel pizza. It’s tasty enough… I asked for a half cheese and a half pepperoni. The full pepperoni pizza costs $18. Our pizza was considered a “specialty pizza” because we asked for pep on half. We were charged $25. And the cheese was burnt to a crisp. Yeesh.
The pizza was below average at best. We had a margharita pizza, below average. Sauce was without taste of flavor, cheese was skimpy, and very few tomatoes. The place must survive as the result of a captive clientele from the Hilton Waterfront resort. The pizza was very overpriced for the lack of quality.
We really enjoyed the pizza from Hero's and the nice outdoor seating area adjacent to it. They are a little slow but the food was good.

Loved the ocean views, love the lifestyle, so relaxing to sit on the beach and enjoy the ocean views. The hotel was ok. Had originally book one bedroom suite but ended up with a suite. It was ok but they charged me for the 1 bedroom suite

Great hotel, beautiful rooms with views, very clean and perfect location, very helpful friendly staff too ! They were helpful in helping us pick out a restaurant and provided a map to help us plan our days.
Not a good experience unfortunately...Under staffed and overpriced for the service that this hotel is offering right now. No bellman, no housekeeping, reduced water slides hours, no beach chairs or very few, pool towels are old and always running out with in a few hours, no pool service, no cabana service, no outdoor bar Monday-Wednesday. I forgot Valet overpriced and rude...This was my 4th visit....to bad I liked this hotel ?
We’ve stayed at this hotel once a year for the last several years and have always had a great time but unfortunately, it’s not what it used to be. When you arrive, there is no bell service so no one to help with your luggage. When we got to our room, there was dirt on the floor (straw from Easter baskets and Cheerios) and there is no housekeeping unless you request it. Our first day at the pool (Easter Sunday) the pool bar was open but no service - (self service only) and no food service. The following day, even the pool bar was closed and stayed closed until Thursday. To order drinks or food you had to go into the one bar in the hotel that was open. I waited in line for more than 15 mins to order two drinks. When we did decide to sit down and eat inside service was painfully slow. The pool slides are also on “reduced hours” and only open each day from 11-3 even though the pool is open until 10pm. When they opened, kids were lined up around the pool and clapping they were so excited They also ran out of towels each day so if you arrived late or wanted fresh, dry towels in the afternoon, you were out of luck. At checkout valet was an absolute mess and we were told what do you expect, it’s check out time... Everywhere it was evident they were undestaffed and this was openly discussed by current staff. One staff member said “we can’t get people to come to work) which I understand with Covid but my issue is they clearly weren’t limiting their bookings knowing they don’t have the staff to support their guests needs. Last summer we stayed at the Hyatt next door at the height of the pandemic when people were receiving the $600 unemployment subsidy and yet they had enough staff to have bell service, housekeeping came automatically every other day and they had pool service. I’m guessing they limited their occupancy in order to make this happen or for some reason people prefer to work there - not really sure. We need to return in the fall for a soccer tournament and will be staying at the Hyatt but hopeful this hotel will return to what it used to be someday...but we won’t be back until it does.
Thank you Hilton for awesome memories of our 29th. The beachfront upgrade was unexpected and much appreciated. Loyalty does payoff. We did have trouble with the bill and continue stay, as our 1st night was a loyalty bonus. However, Sean who pleasantly checked us in was there to fix things at checkout as well. Hayley, Rodolfo and Travis went above and beyond to make us feel special at breakfast. Best too eat breakfast between 7 and 9am as there was a 50 minute wait at busy time. Lots of COVID spaced tables, not enough staff. That's why Hayley, Rodolfo, and Travis are so special, they work hard. Huntington beach area is beautiful and clean. We never used valet once we checked in our car. We brought our bicycles to get around and walked. Thank you Waterfront Hilton. We have great memories.
