The worst service ever and the prices are excessive for the quality of food. We have been going to this location for many years and have always been treated well. Today was the worst experience we ever had, and the food was terrible. We have never seen this particular employee at the counter before and unfortunately, we had to deal with her on this occasion. Her demeanor was unfriendly and sarcastic. After placing our small order (one combo and a sandwich), we waited and watched as another customer who came in several customers after us began laughing and joking with this employee and other workers. After discussing his family life, he then ordered the same combo we did. Within minutes he left with his order. As we continued to wait, we realized our order just walked out the door with their friend and we were left to wait 25 minutes for them to complete our order. Although we knew they gave our order to their friend, there was no explanation or apology for the delay. With the amount of time spent and the cost of the food, we would have been better off going to a restaurant. We will not make the same mistake again and will find ourselves another small business to support.

Just spent $12 on an order of fried zuccini- they packed them in an unvented Styrofoam box and by the time i got home all i had was a box of mush, i coulnt even pick one up because they were so wet and mushy and far beyond jusy being cold or soggy. The inside of the box was hot and wet. Please train your staff on how to adequately pack to go orders - food is far too expensive these days.

Cheap quality food.
ordered online, paid extra for cheese never got any cheese .. even tipped so they should have at least tried to care .
Paid about $17 for a club sandwich that doesn’t even come with a side .. pretty insane for such a terrible tiny sandwich.
I called back and they refunded me for the cheese , but safe to say I will never go back here again.

$18 for an Avo cheese burger and fries to go. Butter in stead of ranch on the side. No drink. This place used to be pretty good.

Honestly great service specially with that mature man that gives you the best service and great food but the only reason I won’t give 5 is because there is some cooks that just gaze at you. But everything else is awesome!

The prices on their website and on their physical menu are false. Ended up paying $25 for a beef dip sandwich and fries. The staff had no empathy whatsoever when I was surprised. I called ahead but they didn’t start making it till I got there. I took one bite and threw it in the garbage. The meat was absolutely disgusting. Dry, no flavor, stiff. The paper they wrapped the sandwich in stuck to the bread. I actually feel like I was robbed. I want my money back.

Asked for food without onion due to allergy and they put onion on my order 2 times. Manager wanted to argue with me instead of just giving me a meal without onion and failed to resolve the problem. Would give 0 stars if possible.

It was a little quiet when I came in, but everyone who's been here before has been greeted by the owner and remembered. Their combo is like back in t the old days, classic, simple, but perfect, the nacho supreme they have on the banner is my next order. So if you want a quiet little spot right now for idk how much longer it's perfect for friends and family and even just by yourself. Not even playing with the chains ff chains with this place around the corner
