When entering we were greeted. Now a days it is uncommon for restaurants to do so. Atmosphere was nice, calm, quiet, and cool. We ordered and sat. The place was nice and clean, no cleaning odors, not stale odors. We received our order very quick, and it smelled great. Everything was hot of the grill. Service was great and the food tasted great too. I enjoy coming to this place when I am in the area. Good job guys. And thank you for great service.

I’ve been coming to this place since I was a kid. If you know hot off the grill you know the fries are amazing. Fresh. A beautiful light golden color. Never salty or overly salty… but tonight.. tonight was eh… god awful fries. I went around 8:15pm ish and Half the batch was too hard to eat. Oily and there was so much salt added. Also was the foam to go box put in the microwave ? The plate is bubbly and tearing apart? For cheese fries I’ve seen them shred the cheese on fresh fries and cover so it can melt.

I came here for lunch on a empty stomach thinking i would get stuffed on a chili cheeseburger combo but was I wrong. After spending $15 dollars on this combo my Burger came out 90%lettuce 5%tomato 3% burger patty 2% chili beans..this place is a rip off do not come here and spend your hard earned money it is definitely not worth it.

Went to have lunch at 11:30am with my wife and daughter. We ordered a country fried steak, French toast and a breakfast burrito. We ordered and paid at the counter. Country fried steak came out 20 min later by itself with raw hashbrowns and cold. 10 min later, my wife and daughters food came out. We finish eating, and as we're walking out to the car, another employee comes after us telling us we have to pay for our meal. Which I did when I ordered. So i had to ealk back in to argue with the girl behind the counter. Then she turns and starts giggling. The girls working are very rude and have no idea what's going on. Used to be a great place. Not any more. A couple of tables got a refund and left.

My wife and I wanted to eat at a small place where we could relax and visit. I remembered Hot off the Grill from coming here for breakfast many years ago.First, the service. The young man at the counter was very patient as we decided what to order. He was not overly knowledgeable about the men u as he had to ask the cook if the fish sandwich came with cheese on it.The food - The onion rings were served quickly and were very tasty. A lot of them. One order was enough for my wife and me. The French Fries - this was the first clue that there was a problem. There was a lot of them on the plate. Easily enough for the two of us. But after tasting them we realized that they could feed 1,000 people because no one would eat them. They had no salt on them at all and they tasted like they had been fried in the oil of a 56 Chevy with a blown head gasket.Sandwiches - My wife had the fish sandwich and rated it as OK. I had the tune melt. The tuna tasted like it had been mixed up a week ago and left out to spoil. I could not even eat half of it.

This place is always great for dine in, BUT!Today I was heading to see my daughter and grandson, and made breakfast for them, but I didn't bring anything for me.I called a place my sister used to work at for a "can you have this in 5 mins? kinda order. Never answered the phone...I remembered this place, but not the name "Hot Off the Grill", so I couldn't call ahead.The staff is amazing!I placed an order, was asked a couple ingredient questions and I heard the egs get mixed and dropped on "THE GRIDDLE". Music to my ears.Minutes later, "your order is ready", condiments provided and on I went.Recall I made breakfast so I also offered mine to my daughter if she wanted. No, I'm good. Halfway through and she got to have one of the greatest chili-chese omelettes I have EVER HAD!STAFF ROCKS, REALLY CLEAN, PLENTY OF PARKING AND THE FOOOD..... WOW!Enjoy!RR

This place looks like it's lacking in management leadership. The overhead fluorescent lights are flickering in an unnerving way. First of all it's 2023 and you should have LEDs. Second of all it's just a bad look. The staff wasn't even aware of the burger special banner they had outside.However, the ultimate burger was an excellent deal and god damned delicious. And the service was friendly too for a fast food place.Will be back...
