This 5 stars are specifically for Koa! I hope I spelled your name right. They care, my food isn't a mess, they pay attention to details and it shows. Great service and my favorite person to encounter. Thanks ❤️

Decent food, but extremely overpriced. I spent $18 on a chicken pita wrap and the grap leaves wraps... I'm still hungry! Not enough chicken and actually substantial ingredients in the food. Don't recommend unless you feel satisfied on a 500 calorie meal. Really disappointing and still very

This was my first and last time at hummus republic. I was looking for something fresh and instead had a bowl of sauces, some weird creamy chicken and a scant amount of tomato, cucumber and kale. I feel like I essentially paid $18.00 for a bowl of sauce. I ate it only because it was so pricing but now regretting that I did because I feel like vomiting. Why does their chicken look like cheap egg salad??? Do yourself a favor and keep going down Beach Blvd and go to Zankou Chicken. This place is terrible and won’t last. Sorry I came here tonight.

They currently have a Friday falafel deal where you can get five pieces for only one dollar the staff are super nice and the falafel was honestly worth it for a dollar and it also came with some tahini sauce on the side which was pretty good.Although this is more of a grab and go place with no seating inside, you can sit outside and there's this grass nice area with good benches.

This has become a weekly stop for me. I love the customer service here! Everyone is always so nice and so helpful. When I wasn't sure what meat to get they had recommendations and let me try it as well. The portions are sooo worth the cost and the flavor!! Honestly you get a huge bowl for $12! Amazing! The drinks are really tasty as well. Thank you for the great meals!

Hummus Republic is located in the Bella Terra plaza, near the movie theater. It has a small interior with no indoor seating, but the plaza itself has so many nice outdoor seating for dining and lounging. It is a build-your-own type of place and you can choose a bowl, wrap, or pita. I love build-your-own because I pack on everything possible and it is super filling and worth the money. I have never had couscous before, so that was a new and interesting base for me. It is considered a type of pasta because it is made from wheat flour and water, and it was very flavorful and a great rice substitute. I loved the hummus and spread options, especially the kalamata olive since I notice that not a lot of places offer this type. I got lemon chicken for my protein, which was super delicious and well-flavored. However, it is a bit too soft for my liking--almost paste-like. I prefer my chicken to have more of a bite. I went crazy and pretty much added all the available toppings. The bowl was delicious, fresh, filling, and overall so satisfying. I will 100% be back whenever I get a craving for Mediterranean foods.

I had really been looking forward to trying Hummus Republic based on the online menu along with the signs throughout Bella Terra that showcased fresh looking healthy food.Today I went to Hummus Republic at Bella Terra in Huntington Beach and the experience was anything but positive. First, I must preface that I rarely (if ever) write a negative review on Yelp and to prompt me to do so had to have been a really bad experience. This was just that.I am vegan and was very much looking forward to building a salad and had considered leaving when I observed the wilted spinach and lettuce but decided to give it a chance. The store was clean and the woman who was working didn't appear to be thrilled to be there. I asked a few questions with reference to the chickpeas that were on the online menu and she pointed to a bowl of chickpeas in plastic bag that looked like they were days old and stated that they were cold and if I wanted them warmed up she could do so. I declined as I simply wanted to leave at that point.I provided a tip as a courtesy and she did not thank me for the order nor the tip; simply told me that utensils were in the corner of the restaurant. The salad was $13.50 and with a $1.50 tip, this was the most expensive wilted salad I ever paid for. Again, I had really been looking forward to a great Hummus Republic experience but it was a complete fail. There are many great restaurants in this area where you could purchase a $15 salad that is delicious, healthy, and fresh.

I came into this spot with my friend on a Monday night. It is located at Bella Terra across from the movie theater. There are no seats inside but chairs and tables are outside. How to order - you are asked to choose either a pita, bowl, or a wrap. After, you can pick your greens (mixed greens, spinach) and hummus. Next is the protein. I chose chicken shawarma and mushroom shawarma. You can also pick toppings such as olives, cabbage, onions, couscous (I don't remember them all). And lastly sauces:)I love the idea of their build your own bowl or wrap :) def give this spot a try. Flavors were great. I'd come back.

Oh my goodness! I love this place. I had to bring my husband here and show how good the food is here. I used to go to the DTLA location over ten years ago. It was my go to eatery for lunch. It's a build your own pita sandwich, bowl, wrap, kinda place. My husband had the bowl and I had a wrap. It certainly hit the spot. Definitely going back

I am totally in love with this place. The wraps are flavorful and monstrous. The falafel is great too. This is my go-to lunch place now.

This time around, I opted for the falafel pita wrap. The ambience is OK. Nothing special, it's a bit reminiscent of a shopping mall foot court. The people working were sort of a soft combination of kind, but apathetic. There's a pretty generous selection of toppings and greens to choose from. Same goes with different sauces and spreads. Overall, my pita was OK. I was a little disappointed. It's not a large stuffed pita, but rather a flatbread that was fairly dry, and the ingredients are folded up like a taco. The falafel was a bit mushy and salty, not crunchy or flavorful. I also didn't get an explosion of flavors with each bite, it was sort of a soggy, dry, salty combination of flavors. The price isn't bad, I think after tax and tip my total was 13 bucks. Happened to pop in because I was in the area, but definitely would not come back. Not terrible, just not great.

I got it for the first time. I had a plate and soda. Paid $19.75. My plate was like a sample plate. That was not enough to help your hunger.Parking: Day time there was space. But I'm sure night time people will have a hard time finding parking.

Was greated with a friendly hello from the 2 girls working. The one that helped me asked if it was my first time. I said yes she then proceeded to explain things to me. I was able to sample the different types of hummus. The drink prices are really good. I got the bowl with lemon chicken and the beef. It was very delicious. I would definitely recommend this place... oh and I loved the olives!!!
