Irasse is the ultimate Hidden Gem. Lots of tables packed into a small restaurant, and the place is packed starting at 5:30! But it's well worth the wait. Delicious sushi, amazing rolls, and great appetizers. The Sushi chefs are extremely friendly, as is the wait staff. Get here early, or expect to wait an hour. But it's worth it!!!

Ordered the BSC roll. Just way too much mayo and no sweet sauce on the scallops. Some places either nail this type of roll of fail like this. Chicken bowl was not great either due to flavorless chicken and lack of good teryaki sauce. Rainbow roll was mid. Small size rolls/not alot of fish for the price of the food. I would probably never come back here.

Next time roll was my favorite. HB Roll was good. Sashimi 7/10. Next time roll 8.5 out of 10. HB roll 7.8 out of 10.

Would really give it a 3.5 out of 5 if I could.

Absolutely fantastic! There is a reason there is a line outside every time we go. The fish and sauces are amazing and the service is superb! Dont let the strip mall fool you. It looks low end but its high end.

This place is a hidden gem and shines like no other! A weekly spot for my wife and I, and everyone is so happy and nice when we dine here. Up front, there can be a wait, but thats to be expected at a place this good and its very much worth it. BUT the food is so damn good, and having been to Japan recently, this was to that level of quality. Don't be afraid to ask the chefs for them to make you something off menu, it never has not been good!

I don't understand the high star rating here. Maybe I had bad luck, but this was some of the worst sushi I've had in years.
None of it was anywhere near fresh.
The rainbow roll somehow tasted and felt like cheese, as others have mentioned.
The Mexican roll tasted like a dirty fish tank; I couldn't eat it.
The ginger was weirdly flavored and mild, like it's old.
Despite the better than average prices, their special rolls are small, the size of a typical basic roll. So the value wouldn't be good even if the food wasn't gross.
Take-out was fast, 10 minutes.
