Went through the drive thru today to get a couple sandwiches and frys. Realized after I placed the order that I forgot to add a drink. Asked the guy when I got to the window if he could add a Large iced-tea to the order and he told me NO. Said it was policy to not amend orders because it slows down the line. He then disappeared for two minutes before he came back with my order. Seems he could have filled multiple drink cups for me in that time period without delaying anybody......read full review
