Jack In The Box

Walk in to counter, guy in the front Walked pass me 3 times. Never acknowledged me. Until I said can I order. He looks at me we're busy, i said to him ( you can still acknowledged me so that I know I'm not invisible) another customer order curley fries she never got them, and walked out. Service was bad, and only the cook cared .

Very rude front desk. I went tgere to pick up an order
June 26 2025 around 8.30 am
The order was for grubhub.
I ask for the order by name and show him the phone. (Common practice.)
I have an accent and he was telling me that the way i pronounced it was confusing. I showed him the phone again. He looked at the name and proceded to prounouce it and called me boy. Then he was again telling me the difference in pronouciation and again ending by calling me boy.i asked him not to call me boy. So he called me bro. I told him i am not your bro.im just here to pick up an order. During this short conversation he had a hostile and agressive behavior. He then proceded to tell me uf can not follow his rule ge will not give me the order and wait for another driver.
I left without the order...

Best Jack in the box by far ! Consistent with their food ! I lost my vision for 4 months and I couldn't cook too much, they were very consistent.

I mean, what can you say about a fast food chain? HOWEVER, you can say how clean, and neat it was, and it was spotless! VERY impressive for a fast food restaurant!
Food, excellent! Can't beat the tacos! Lol! And the Sweet Cream Coffees are THE BEST! Seriously, if you haven't tried them and you like sweet, creamy coffee, I highly recommend them!
And a shout out to the gentleman who helped me at the counter, Andres! Thank you for your kindness for bringing my food to the table! I am handicapped and I thought that was so sweet ♡! Five stars all the way ☆☆☆☆☆

What a difference staff makes. Jose Manuel has customer service down beautifully. Store # 3385. Same store that I was unhappy with yesterday.

I was very disappointed as how I was treated as a customer. When I was in the drive through trying to order a special that they had posted at the ordering station they said I would have to do it on the app even though it didn't say it for this offer. I was trapped in line, and besides my app hasn't worked for two years. I asked, who turned out to be the manager, what they could do. He claimed to be totally ignorant on what could be done saying they don't control the app. I don't blame all Jack in the Box's, only the manager at this one. Bottom line, I drove away without ordering and don't plan to come back to this one anytime soon.

Drive-thru person could be a little more personable and not make me feel like I'm wasting his time by being there. Be courteous, welcoming, and helpful.

Don’t eat here They won’t even give you sauce with your order unless you pay extra. Unbelievable. Ordered 4 sandwiches and they wouldn’t give us sauce for them. Completely dry and disgusting I will now drive to the other Jack in the box as this is bad business.
