I was very disappointed as how I was treated as a customer. When I was in the drive through trying to order a special that they had posted at the ordering station they said I would have to do it on the app even though it didn't say it for this offer. I was trapped in line, and besides my app hasn't worked for two years. I asked, who turned out to be the manager, what they could do. He claimed to be totally ignorant on what could be done saying they don't control the app. I don't blame all Jack in the Box's, only the manager at this one. Bottom line, I drove away without ordering and don't plan to come back to this one anytime soon.

Drive-thru person could be a little more personable and not make me feel like I'm wasting his time by being there. Be courteous, welcoming, and helpful.

Don’t eat here They won’t even give you sauce with your order unless you pay extra. Unbelievable. Ordered 4 sandwiches and they wouldn’t give us sauce for them. Completely dry and disgusting I will now drive to the other Jack in the box as this is bad business.

This USED to be my favorite Jack in the Box. The burgers were ALWAYS great, so we're the fries. I think the Management MUST have changed because the food isn't as good, the soda machine wasn't working properly, and the table we sat at was "sticky"... I was very disappointed. I didn't see the Manager I Used to see. Very sad.

We mostly hit the drive-thru classic tacos a fav shakes are always on point . Burgers and curly fries a great choice for us . Staff is friendly they have a great sauce selection .

Update: I don't take surveys. Though the 1 community restroom was very foul--to the point I actually gagged--at least they had handsoap!!!
Original post: Best shakes, food was passable—tables could use a wipe down—napkins on a restricted “request only” system. DO NOT use the community (genderless) restroom (like a port a potty—urinal, foul odor, unclean).

So we rolled up to the Jack in the Box at the Brookfield Promenade on Brookhurst, and let me tell you, it was everything I expected. I grabbed the Ultimate Cheeseburger because, well, it's in the name, and it did not disappoint..super cheesy and exactly what you need after a long day of absolutely nothing. My girlfriend got a chicken sandwich, and I threw in some tacos for good measure (because obviously, it’s Jack in the Box, and tacos are a must).

Now, I’m not saying this place will change your life, but if you’re in the mood for something to satisfy that “I need something greasy right now” vibe, this is your spot. Jack never lets you down when the munchies hit

Solid food, quick and friendly service from the gentleman at the counter and let's be honest if you're at Jack in the Box, you're not here for a Michelin star meal. You're here for that glorious combo of cheese, meat, and "I don’t want to think about my diet right now."

Four stars because, hey, there’s always room for more cheese ? ?

Out of all of the jack in the box’s I go too this one seems to make the sandwich’s so much better, and they take ebt which is a win for me.

I don't know how to rate the atmosphere of a drive-thru other than to say there wasn't excessive exhaust fumes but for a Jack in the Box, the food was good and the window guy was friendly enough but not too friendly.

Jack in the Box is great. Everyone has been to a Jack in the Box at some point. Their late night menu is awesome comfort food.
