Nothing special about the food, exactly what you would expect. Good quality. Service is nice, professional and courteous people. The location is excellent, really easy in and out, plenty of parking. And the restaurant is well kept.

I had a terrible experience today. The drive thru attendant was rude and not helpful at all. He didn’t answer my questions and basically ignored me. I was very upset and asked him why he was not answering my questions about the menu. He told me several times “they were at the bottom.” He told me to come inside. I went inside because I was extremely upset. I asked him why he did not answer my questions. He said again “they are at the bottom.” I asked him for a manager, he said there was no manager. I asked how can I speak to a manager he said I am in charge. I asked him for his name. He said his name was “Andrew.” I asked him how I could get a hold of the manager. He gave me a phone number really fast. I asked for it again, he repeated it really fast. I could not write it down. He asked the customer that was after me if he could help him. This “Andrew” was a short Hispanic guy. I will not come here again.

Jack's is my favorite fast food joint. The menu is varied. And I love death they serve breakfast all day.

Ordered the grilled chicken sandwich combo the only thing that was edible were the fries, before taking a bite of the sandwich I looked under the sourdough and had to take the tomato slices off they were absolutely sick looking and there was almost no sauce on it, I took one bite and it was pure rubber I tried one more bite and got gristel along with the rubber texture, I left it all on the table and walked out, I haven't eaten at a jack in the box for years and this my first time back I now remember why, I'll be avoiding it for the next many years.

Walk in to counter, guy in the front Walked pass me 3 times. Never acknowledged me. Until I said can I order. He looks at me we're busy, i said to him ( you can still acknowledged me so that I know I'm not invisible) another customer order curley fries she never got them, and walked out. Service was bad, and only the cook cared .

Very rude front desk. I went tgere to pick up an order
June 26 2025 around 8.30 am
The order was for grubhub.
I ask for the order by name and show him the phone. (Common practice.)
I have an accent and he was telling me that the way i pronounced it was confusing. I showed him the phone again. He looked at the name and proceded to prounouce it and called me boy. Then he was again telling me the difference in pronouciation and again ending by calling me boy.i asked him not to call me boy. So he called me bro. I told him i am not your bro.im just here to pick up an order. During this short conversation he had a hostile and agressive behavior. He then proceded to tell me uf can not follow his rule ge will not give me the order and wait for another driver.
I left without the order...
