We pass by and buy 3 combos plus a few samwish with jalapeños hashbrown and fries wish was big order and they park us for a few minutes my order was incomplete got home we were missing some items I'm so disappointed I should check there what we have. fries were cold hashbrown look burn I never complain but anything but today I decide too... I work for jack many years and this is not acceptable as a team they have to handled every items to the customer they spend lot money for food and is not fair they wait to have are food cold and missing items hopefully they improve how to handle food

Food was good, I liked the tacos and my SIL said the burger reminded her of Dairy Queen's. The fries were also good. The nuggets were not that great. Staff was friendly enough. Every surface was etched on and there was a tower of open sugar packets between my seat and the window. I would go again tbh

They are right next to the 405 freeway and beach Blvd. Very convenient. They are nice to their customers at the window which seems to be the exception now days.

Dining room smells like a bathroom. Had to explain my order 7 times. Then was told that jack in the box won’t give me the same order as every other jack in the box. (Breakfast platter no bacon, substitute with eggs and add extra pancakes) seats were dirty and had food on them. Next too a tweaker motel (Comfort Suites bedbug edition)
