Food too expensive 🫰 now days not worth it better off going to grocery store can make a weeks lunch for 20 dollars and that's was just for a large meal. Sad how much out to eat food went up so high within 5 years.

This jack n the box is exactly like Waianae on the west side of Oahu in Hawaii. Rough crowd around here but jack was quality with the whole dining experience even a clean restroom

Unbelievable, can't comment on their food because we were never able to order it. Waited in the drive thru, when that wasn't moving, we went inside to order and after about 5 minutes of standing there waiting to order, not a single employee took our order. Walked out and going somewhere that actually wants to take orders and serve food

Fast convenient friendly

This was the perfect stop while walking the beach. I ordered two jumbo jacks with cheese meals, two chicken sandwiches, and an order of tacos. The food was so fresh and fulfilling. We sat at the window bar and ate our food. The trash can is like right next to the table (small space), but we did not notice any smells at all. Very clean place. Great customer service. Coming here is a new tradition indeed.

Atmosphere was not an issue as we were using the drive through. The wait was short, the service good & the food great especially the onion rings.

the lovely young lady that works the late night shift on week nights is extremely professional polite and quick. always greets me with a smile . 10/10

Hi, I'm Sara! I work here 5 days a week, closing shift. I've worked here for almost 6 years now.
I love my customers more than anything and I try my absolute very best to give every single person that comes through, an extremely pleasant experience. It's the little things in life that matter & mean the most.
At the end of the day, even a small yet pleasant experience goes a long way. That's my goal with each and every customer I come in contact with.
I go above & beyond for everyone & whether they appreciate it or not, at least I know they can always leave here with having a great customer service experience and a good impression.
I just want to treat ALL my customers with the upmost respect and kindness. I do my best to leave a good impression.
I just want to give my customers what they want/deserve and what they pay for and more! So they're ACTUALLY getting their MONEY'S WORTH (plus more when applicable). I've NEVER EVER had a negative review from any guest and I've NEVER had a negative experience/interaction with a customer either, in fact, quite the opposite!
That's another determined goal of mine working here at Jack.
I want you to be impacted (even just slightly) in the best way, by my customer service & by your experience at Jack with me. I know working in the food industry or any industry with customer service, it's become a rarity to have a pleasant and impressionable experience, ESPECIALLY if not only that, but ALSO getting your entire order correct and receiving all the items you have paid for/requested AND THEN SOME! I don't believe in doing just the bare minimum.. My customers deserve the most and that's exactly what they get when they come to Jack and I am there to take care of them.
I can't speak for the rest of my fellow coworkers or other Jack locations, BUT I can assure you, with me, you will get the absolute best fast-food experience!
Thriving to make each customer smile, laugh and hopefully leaving with an undeniable positive and enlightening Jack in the Box customer experience. Most people are shocked to receive such good customer service, especially in fast-food and especially especially at Jack In The Box.. Sad to say, but unfortunately true..

This place has been here as long as i can remember and I would definitely recommend it...but only because if you're gonna choose fast food you should order it and eat at the beach. This is on the edge of Bolsa Chica State beach so there's no shortage of beautiful views and great people watching to do while enjoying your meal.

Parking: This location has one space but there are 2 options...paid Beach parking lot or free street parking either of which is fairly easy to find.

Wheelchair accessibility: There's is also 1 handicapped space available for parking

Friendly staff and sweet cashier but had a curly Q in my fries and it killed it for me when I didn’t notice.

This place leaves a lot to be desired... they charge more without you realizing it... just see the receipt and you will agree with me... no one no one no one no one no one wants to show their face later... the owner is veryyyy arrogant.
