I stopped by Jans at Bella Terra after my workout yesterday and had the avocado toast, which came with a fresh side of fruit — such a perfect post-gym meal. The toast was flavorful and satisfying without being heavy. I’ve also tried their smoothies before, and they’re seriously some of the best around! My favorite is the Chunky Monkey — it’s rich, creamy, and feels like a treat while still being healthy. The spring rolls are another must-try; so fresh and light but full of flavor. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite after the gym or just want something wholesome and delicious, Jans never disappoints.

I got a turkey sandwich and a strawberry delight smoothie from Jan’s. The smoothie was yummy. It has whipped coconut cream, which makes a pretty look with the strawberry puree. The coconut taste wasn’t too strong, which I liked. The turkey sandwich was good. It had a nice crunch with the cucumbers and sprouts on it. It was about $30 for a sandwich and a smoothie, which is expensive.
There are plenty of tables inside. There are also a few tables outside, right in front, but you’ll have a view of the parking lot. There’s a free parking lot at Bella Terra, but it gets more and more crowded as the day goes on. You might have to park far away.

Poor Quality food. It is ALWAYS old and Brown or black, no matter when you visit. Customer Service is also aweful. I let corporate know of the routinely bad food and got a sad pathetic response. Corporate customer service is worse than the people at the counter who don't have time to take your order amd definitely no time to prepare fresh food each day.
Go somewhere else to spend your $15 for a quick meal, unless you like old rotten food.
It is not healthy food. There are no healthy options. There are no veggie or vegan options.
Health Bar is a bad term for this place, since not one thing on the menu is actually healthy, or of quality.

I love Jan’s! Food is always fresh and I love all of their healthy entrees and smoothies. My favorites are the crunchy kale wrap, chicken salad sandwich, and their spring rolls.

Consistent great food, and consistently friendly staff. They never mess up my orders and I order pickup for my whole office. I eat here multiple times a week at both the downtown HB location and the Bella Terra location.
