The front desk waitress with a tattoo on her arm was extremely rude and unprofessional toward customer at 7:45 PM on Sep 28. Her behavior was completely unacceptable. If she does not like this job, she is free not to do it.

Blazing fries is a must have, always come here for it, had to take off stars after 2 let downs first time I ordered 2 blazing fries which did not come with Mac n cheese they remade my order another day but this time I just got my meal and before taking a bite u can clearly see a hair in the chicken

Ordered delivery, this place is SO good. First timers, got the blazin fries and the Mac and cheese chicken burger (both in hot). Huge chicken breast on the burger, it was a saucy, messy delight. This fed 2 people and we were full. Looking forward to trying the next heat level up!

I love chicken, and I was not disappointed with how my food was prepared. It was my first time at this restaurant, and after my interaction with the cashier, I would suggest a few edits to her recommendations. I ordered the dark meat chicken with a medium spice level. Instead of the recommended thousand island sauce, I really enjoyed the house-made tomato sauce. In fact, I loved it so much that I took an unopened container home. The fries were excellent, but they may be too spicy for those who aren't used to spicy flavors. I didn't enjoy the slice of Wonder Bread and the pickles; I felt that was an afterthought. I wish they could replace that with Texas toast. Additionally, I think their beverage prices are too high. I recommend getting a large drink from 7-Eleven on PCH for $2, or bringing a reusable water flask.

Just now, March 16 at 12:55 pm, I made a pick-up at this establishment. The elderly woman at the counter was extremely rude and uninterested in providing the service. She had a hard time tearing her eyes away from her phone to look down at the customer. If the management employs such unprofessional employees, then apparently they have equally unsuitable cooks in the kitchen. I do not recommend anyone to visit this place, it should be closed. Naturally, I was in no mood to eat their products and I threw it in the nearest trash can.

Came here earlier today. The lady in the front rude like always every time I go she says they don’t have the alcoholic beverage I like. She was even rude to my underage son. I was not aware about not having sodas since I always get the alcoholic beverage. After asking what drinks do they have she responded with “the ones we have on the menu” and “these” she points at the teas and water, I said ok can u say them to me . After being made felt uncomfortable and or less. I told her to cancel my order I had for my family of 5 and walked out. Never coming here again! Great food bad service! She is the one that’s in front most of time now , has tattoos on arm.
When I first went or jay birds there was a guy. Real nice guy. Not sure if he was the one cooking today. He’s the one that introduced me to this alcoholic beverage.

This place is awesome, i’m a local and a regular, they always have great service and a great atmosphere. When I came in today they gave us these amazing waffles for a family friend’s birthday. Love you guys
