Gotta tell ya, this place is so downhill from where it was. No more. I don't want ranch water with my food. I would like ranch dressing. And customer service is appalling. Finding a new hot chicken place.

Customer service was good. But I asked for a blazon fries add extra tender and extra Mac and cheese and I got no sauce, barely any Mac and cheese. It didn’t even fill the bottom of the box it comes in. it was disappointing compared to the Long Beach location.

Some of the best fried chicken I've had. This definitely sets them in competition with Dave's hot chicken and other places of that sort. I like how everything was really fresh here and you could taste it in the chicken. The fries are super crispy and my favorite.

The chicken sando is so tender and flavorful. It comes with seasoned crinkly fries. I really enjoyed both and will be back. It's a couple of blocks from the Huntington Pier, and the restaurant looks unassuming, but it is good Nashville style chicken.

Honestly I came with high expectations. These 5 star reviews are not true to how the food tastes. Honestly it had no flavor at all. Maybe I'm just used to food with actual seasoning but these are the blandest pieces of chicken. We also got blazing fries, they tasted so horrible. I am honestly so disappointed. I would not ever come here again. I should've known when there was only one customer in the store when entering on. Saturday afternoon. Please save your money bc I wish I did !!

Holy smokes, I have never been to a place that made me feel like shit. Food is not good, made me throw up, is not cooked right, ketchup is very thick, not even the water is good, definitely do not recommend this place if your looking to eat chicken. The 2 tenders is so wack. Please do not come to this place.

price has gone from 13.85 for sandwich and fries to 18.00. no gradual increase....its no longer a quick economical dinner choice, especially if ordering through [postmates. we will miss you. food is good.

It's been a long time since I've encountered more disrespectful and unpleasant employees. The young kid working was nice but the two Spanish women had something stuck up their *ss. I will never be returning to this establishment and truely hope some form of management sees this message because the food was actually good.
The food was not bad. The service is horrible and the employees and stuck up and just piss me off because they look miserable doing their jobs. The ambiance is meh.

Came here for fried chicken after day drinking in HB and it totally hit the spot. The restaurant is quite large and can accommodate big parties so that was perfect since we had a group of 10. Service was also extremely quick and I enjoyed all the items I got. Chicken sandwich with fries (medium heat) was delicious with a good amount of heat. I also tried the Mac daddy and I think I liked this one more but it was definitely messier. I also got the blazing fries and that was delicious. A definite must order if you come here, we got extra Mac and cheese as well because personally fries can never be too cheesy. This is a great spot for a quick service counter meal!

We have tried this place several times in hopes it will be better than it actually is. We get our orders to-go and unfortunately, they have messed up several times. Twice they forgot to provide the sauce we picked and once they forgot one of the food items we ordered. The staff are nice and the wait time is quick. There is nothing specifically wrong with the food, just nothing to rave about.
