Terrible customer service. Watching them make fun of customers wasn't entertaining

Expensive these days but very good

What’s the point of ordering food 15 min in advance for them not to have yiur food ready then wait 20 min more for them to start making order

It was really disturbing to see the guy with the tattoos on his right arm, slicing the meat with the same gloves he answered the phone with. Then he went back to slicing more meat. Beyond unsanitary!!!! 🤮🤮🤮

Cashier too busy having religious conversation for several minutes to hand me my order that was sitting behind him.

For my very first time ever going to Jersey Mikes... It was probably thee best Italian sub I've had... Employees were very helpful, knowledgeable of menu and great customer service...

Every time I come into this store, I see a clean working area, a well stocked bar, I'm greeted with lively and helpful staff, and I've not been unhappy once with the results. Often there are customers enjoying their meals at one of the tables on the side. A warning though, there may be a line, come accordingly.

4 young people were working when we got there, made food for our group of 12, each meal/sandwich was made with love, and we enjoyed our meal and time there. Some of us had to modify the orders, and it was welcomed without any problem.

Dietary restrictions: I had gluten-free bread, can't tell what others ordered, mostly sandwiches.

Always great food and service at Bolsa JM! I am writing this review specifically for the care the team took tonight 3/20 7pm on my mobile order for my daughter, who will be late coming home from school. They actually read my special instructions note and took great care to follow through with my weird request of wrapping the bread and veggie/meats separately so that her bread wouldn’t get soggy. I am impressed. I feel like custom request especially on a mobile order get overlooked! Great attention to detail! So happy!

This is a busy little location, however they always deliver! Sandwiches and always done correctly, The hot subs are hot and the Cold Subs are cold and fresh! These sub are worth the price. Thanks Guys You Rock!

We ordered sandwiches through their app. They forgot the topping on one sandwich and sent a completely different sandwich for the other one we tried calling 5 times and they never answered. I’ve ordered from otherJersey Mikes and never had the problem. They delivered correct sandwiches and they answered the phone. Other location actually called to tell us they ran out of something and if they can replace it. However the Bolsa location couldn’t bother answering the phone for us to try to get our food fixed.

Over the years I've tried numerous national sandwich chains, Jersey Mike's is the winner in my book! I frequent this store often (3-4 times a month) and I always get exactly what I ordered, made from meat and cheese sliced at the time they make the sandwich and everything is fresh and great tasting.
