1. The Wheat Bread seems to have changed and it was dry and burnt a little. Did you discontinue Multigrain? Which was my favorite
2. The Miss Vickie's Sea Salt shrunk the bag is much smaller than before but the price is the same.
The sandwich #13 wasn't good and it was first time my sandwich was not perfect. First time I was disappointed because no matter where I go in the country your sandwich's are the best.

IT WAS A FRIDAY NIGHT AFTER PRACTICE AND ALL I WANTED WAS A NUMBER 13 MIKES WAY!!! I SHOWED UP AT 8:59 AND THEY STILL MADE ME THE BEST SANDWICH PERFECTLY WITH GREAT SERVICE AND A SMILE!!

This is my favorite location. Sadly, like most of the other locations, they don't make enough of the white mini rolls. Still tastes great. And their pickles are to die for!!!! I really need to know the brand.

I'm done with Jersey Mike's. They have managed to screw up simple online orders at multiple locations, across multiple states, multiple times. They've also literally NEVER made it right EVER even when I have informed them that they messed up my order.
I'll start by saying, I don't even live here. We were visiting and ordered subs online to take to the beach with us and JMs managed to mess that order up completely. Again its not the first time with them. The best part is I got to discover it was wrong after we had already gotten to the beach and it was too far to go back. AND that everyone with us at the beach (I did the online order for everyone) got to have their lunch ruined as well. Thanks Jersey Mike's! I guess its my fault really for not just assuming that they are complete screw ups and terrible at their jobs and checking the order immediately before I left the parking lot. My bad for trusting that they have any level of competence whatsoever. Never again.
The only skill required to correctly fulfill an online order is being able to read and follow instructions. Apparently though that is too tall of an order for EVERY SINGLE Jersey Mike's employees. This is like round 5 or 6 (I've lost count at this point) of them completely screwing up my online order. I should also preface by saying I do not order anything special. I don't use the 'special instructions' box ever. I literally order standard subs with standard options. Not sure how they manage to bumble that. I shouldn't have to check my food at pickup every. single. time. but here we are.
If you are reading this review, just save yourself the hassle. Do not go here (or to any Jersey Mike's honestly). Jersey Mike's absolutely sucks. The sandwiches may taste good (when made right) but the employees are basically illiterate incompetents that are incapable of making a sandwich correctly unless you are standing there watching them make it. Just go get food somewhere else and save yourself the annoyance and aggravation. Also as a side bonus, you can order from here for your family and friends and then you will look like a complete jerkoff when you show up with the food and they have managed to mess up everyone's subs.
I've heard there are places where you order your food online and you get exactly what you ordered without having to check it each and every time. Must be nice.

Honestly very disappointed at the costumer service of this location at Jersey Mikes. Went here many times buying sandwiches, using the Jersey Mikes app to gain points. Once my family had accumulated points to buy sandwiches on their accounts, we ordered sandwiches and had my dad pick them up. But in the end, they wouldn't make the sandwiches because the last name on the accounts were the same-obviously bc we are a family. My dad trying to figure out a solution, resulted in the employees giggling, laughing, and belittling him; outright mocking him. In the end, we lost all the points that had been accumulated from last purchases with our own money and from offers in the jersey mikes account. While I can understand how the employees might’ve seen this situation; as they just make the sandwiches. The way they acted and dealt with my dad was just honestly plain out rude and unprofessional. I do love their sandwiches but wont be going back to this location.

I made an order for a giant sub and then I found out I had enough points for another giant so I ordered it as well, when I arrived to pick up my order and they told me we can’t complete your order with the reward system when the app literally told me I had enough for a free sandwich. They wouldn’t give us the sandwiches using the point system. I bought a sandwich 3 days ago online and picked it up and they’re doing buy a sandwich and get 72 points (which is enough for a regular) plus my other points from purchasing sub, they wouldn’t let me along with my family’s orders because they all ordered sandwich as well. They told us we can only give you the ones that were actually paid for which is 3 giants and one regular . The ones my family got with their points were told by the manager to not be made. The staff were rude and were laughing, dying on the floor. Overall not happy and went home frustrated and hungry and my family was extremely annoyed. Just wanna start off by saying that I love Jersey Mike’s. It is my favorite sandwich shop. I have been going to the same location for three years, and the staff have been rude to me for the last few months for reasons unknown to me. I have tried contacting the store owner to complain, and he ignores every message I send. I don’t understand why I get treated so poorly when I am a frequent and loyal customer. I’ve had to change jersey mike locations because the staff doesn’t even make eye contact with me and tried to dismiss me as fast as possible. Nobody deserves to be treated like this just trying to pick up a sandwich for lunch.

A wonderful clean sandwich shop offering all fresh selections: turkey, ham, roast beef,etc. With all sorts of accompaniments. Sodas & chips too.

At the very least, please let us know if something costs extra. After asking for extra cheese, we got charged $1 per slice. We didn’t know until after they put them on and finding out the total. It’s getting pretty expensive ($27 for 2 regular sandwiches).
Use to come to this location all the time until today. I ordered my sub and it was supposed to be ready at 12:29. As I sit here watching the employees make everyone's sandwich before the to go's is ridiculous. It's now 12:39 and I'm still waiting.....
Not nice to Asians. They welcomed and smiled at White customers , which was the majority. No welcome, no thank you and no receipt! Never going here again!
