How convenient to advertise your free sandwich promotion yet is now completely unavailable because it was “too popular”. Shame on you, going to local sandwich shops now anyways, no more Corporate sandwich shops for us!!

New employee on Friday night 1/17 can't read directions and make a sandwich correctly, got 2 incorrect sandwiches with none of the extra veg and NO oregano and he made sure not to give me my receipt. They were not busy and it was 7:30 at night, this just makes me want to go to Jersey Mike's and not give Jimmy John's my money anymore.

We showed up at 7:45pm and they were closed! Online and the door says they are open till 9pm!! If the times have changed update them so people don’t think you are open!!!

I've been coming here for awhile as the food is great at an affordable price, but I had to leave a review after my experience today.

Last night, my spouse and I accidentally placed an order after hours to be available ASAP! I went up to the location after work the next day to explain and the catering manager Christie was probably the kindest person I've ever met about the situation.

I explained our mistake to Christie and she was very empathetic. She understood my core concerns about refunding the charge, addressed those concerns, gave me a timeline on when those changes would hit our account, and even gave us her card in case things didn't go according to plan (do they ever? Haha).

I left feeling completely relieved, and I'll definitely be back to visit such kind people.

Didnt get what i ordered and they put jalapeños on mine and i cant have those so couldnt even eat my sandwich. They messed up everything on my sandwich

Ordered 2 chicken Cesar wraps got some gross wrap on a green tortilla and it was nasty! Ordered 4 other subs and there was hardly any meat on them. $80 down the drain! We waited 15 min to even order and there was nobody else ordering.

Came in a little after 5pm, tried ordering a sandwhich on sliced wheat, the man at the counter went to check if they had anymore, he said they didnt and that they had a busy day, the place closes at 9pm, thats almost a 4 hour window, why wouldnt they make more? And on top of the man fixing the sandwiches gives us the wrong order. And for three sandwiches, which involve NO COOKING what so ever, they take forever to make it. ..
Also asked for a roast beef and ended up getting Tuna in my sandwhich too. Not what i ordered!!

Not sure why every time i do a mobile order here they refuse to make the sandwich the way i pay for it to be made but i figured since this has happened multiple times now I’ll just leave a review and go elsewhere from now on. My boyfriend picked my order up for me and apparently the person working was rude and told him everything was in the bag even after he double checked and everything actually wasn’t in the bag. He stated he had to repeat himself multiple times before they gave him what he said was missing which is honestly ridiculous. The sandwhich bread was really stale too - or over baked maybe? Idk but it tasted old. I definitely wont be back at this location.
