This place made a list of best bagels..they are about the same as the rest of the pack. Better than the chain spots. They are under baked and dense. If you get toasted ask for extra toasted. Zero comparison to a high quality east coast bagel. Bummed

Bagel was good. The windows of the location are dirty inside & out and even the display case glass doesn't look clean.

The cream cheese was very good. The bagels were ok, but not on par with the best I’ve had in NY. (See Goody’s in Long Island). The coffee was really weak.

Came in on a whim to grab lunch! Maybe I was just really hungry but legitimately I just ate one of the best lox bagels I've ever had in my life. Open face, really fresh tomatoes and salmon, juicy capers & not too much cream cheese. Excellent chewy bagel, even the pickles were crunchy and the plastic cup of potato salad managed to be both sweet and salty. You don't know how much I needed this very excellent bagel. Maybe I was low on salt? I don't know. I'm still thinking about this sandwich. A+, I will definitely be back.

This is my first time back in over a decade (moved away then back again) and they are even better than I remember. The service is phenomenal and the prices are reasonable.

My favorite bagel spot in OC! JT’s bagels is the best. Everything is so fresh and they really pack on the cream cheese (I always ask for extra). If you like your bagels more toasty definitely ask for that, they tend to toast them on the light side but I like a bit of crunch to mine. Just personal preference.I also highly recommend their bagel sandwiches. I create my own with the jalapeño bagel, bacon, cheese and Mayo. It’s the perfect pairing! I’ll usually add on a dash of tobacco sauce when I get home. Their Asiago cheese, jalapeño and cheddar everything are my top picks for bagel flavors.Service is usually super quick too! There was only one time they were really backed up with orders. Just depends on what time you go. Definitely worth the wait though! 5 stars for delicious bagels and great customer service!

Nice and plump (making the hole semi-closed) ♡ like NY fresh bagels except a tiny bit smaller in overall diameter of the whole bagel.Got here 2min to closing & it was too late, but they were kind enough to let me in and checkout the bagels ?...

Bagel's are fresh have many options. They are a little smaller than typical. Place is very clean, and seems to be quite busy. They owner needs to learn a thing or two about management. Humans make mistakes, but to take it you on an employee in front of customers is beyond acceptable. Witnessed this on Sunday morning over a phone order not completed before the customer showed up. He got busy and forget, make it up, offer the customer a free item, than talk to the employee in the back office, not in front of customers. Bagels are not good enough for me to support this owners business. You do not pay them good enough to take disrespect like that.

Parking: plenty of parking.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. Any special instructions you state (ex. less cream cheese, no capers, etc.) are consistently ignored - this is likely poor implementation to their ticketing system and not workers' fault.Something is usually wrong with my order - this last time they didn't even toast my bagel & I didn't realize til I had left & was eating my meal.As for their bagels... they're completely average & pretty positive they sell day-old bagels based on the firmness/staleness of my recent order not being toasted.

Stopped on the way home and let me say, salt bagels are my new favorite. JT’s bagels are fresh and tasty. Got mine in a sandwich and I wanted seconds it was so good. Priced right and fast service too
