Juice It Up!

It was pretty disappointing, the amount of fruit to açaí bowl is unfair. What really made this worse was that the fruits were not fresh. I was giving ugly strawberries that were old and brown quite disgusting (mushy old/ pale) I would prefer them letting me know there’s no strawberries rather than being served that.
The flavor of the açaí bowl is good I give them credit for that.

The customer service was not to pleasant the employee (male) was not very friendly or patient. Definitely need more customer service orientation

This is easily the best smoothie shop around. It's more of the old school smoothie shop where smoothies are the main focus. They are fresh, affordable - and customer service is always on point.

The owner, and older Asian American man was rude when taking my order. He was very short with his words and not patient. The next customer was a young American white lady, he was very nice to her and to the other customers. I thought that just because I am Hispanic older women, he was very rude. I will never go back because the service was terrible.

This is my 2nd time to this store since I moved here. They are always nice and helpful. This am I had a nature call while waiting for ross to open and cvs refused to allow me to use restroom. So I drove down to juice it up. They lady was kind. She saw it was urgent. No questions asked and so after being allowed to use their facility. I purchased a large drink. I'm very thankful for the lady this morning.
