The staff here is so bad. I’m making the review while I’m here because it’s just so bad. They just lollygag in the back and you basically have to yell in order to get their attention. GET BETTER EMPLOYEES. The food was good but it makes me not want to come back because it’s such an uncomfortable atmosphere where it feels like you’re bothering them in order to get help.
The staff is too slow. I stood there for 25 minutes and no one came to let me order. They just kept walking back and forth.

Definitely do not recommend this location, found a dead roach on the floor in the lobby, plus the staff was cold and unfriendly. I wish I had noticed the roach BEFORE I had finished my food (my son and I were super super hungry, so we just dug right in) The food was actually pretty good though, hot and seemed fresh so that's why I gave more than 1 star.

Rude manager. Customers waiting while she plays with her phone with another employee. Was rude and dismissive when asked for condiments. Most tables were dirty as well.

The employees are very inexperienced and do not follow up on their work, do not prepare the food on time, disrupt the entire system and act rude and disrespectful towards the customer
For more than one month the EBT card reader is not working . And as per workers ,manager knew about it but she is not trying to fix it. Either they accept EBT or no.
This place always says that their Internet is out and doesn't accept card. Avoid this place at all costs

In a recent experience at the restaurant located at 8142 Talbert Ave, Hb, CA 92647, I encountered a series of issues that resulted in a significant financial loss. Upon arriving, I parked in the front of the establishment and my husband proceeded to enter. However, we were denied our order.
The restaurant staff proceeded to profile and discriminate against us based on his appearance. He even stated he saw our food there and would just go over and take it and the Asian guy said he would call the cops!!!! I was compelled to enter the establishment barefoot and unable to walk properly to address the situation. Upon confirming my entire order, including the item names, phone number, and full name, I was still unable to receive my food.
The Asian worker attempted to intervene and prevent me from speaking to the supervisor who was consistently ignoring me and refusing to make eye contact. I persisted in requesting that the supervisor address my concerns. She eventually stepped aside and informed me that she required a receipt for my order. However, I had already placed my order through the app for pickup, and I had provided my full contact details.
Despite my efforts to clarify the situation, the supervisor continued to refuse my request. I explained that I would have to drive home to print a receipt from my computer or charge my phone, and I would like the entire meal to be remade because my food had been sitting out for over 15 minutes. I reiterated that if she attempted to deny my request and I had to return home empty-handed, I would be forced to contact corporate, as she should have been able to resolve the issue on her own.
To my surprise, the supervisor instructed her staff to give me my food in Spanish. However, when I received my food and returned home, it was cold. This incident highlights the restaurant’s lack of customer service. If other customers are being scammed out of meals due to this issue, I believe it is not my responsibility to compensate for the inconvenience. I had paid for my meal and expected it to be hot and ready for pickup. The Asian worker’s reaction, rolling his eyes and appearing as if he were improperly trained, further underscores the lack of concern they had for my situation.

Famous bowl is the best thing. That shit is literally my dinner about 6 days out the week if I'm being honest haha AND they accept EBT.. Drive-thru AND inside.. The workers are cool but you gotta make sure they got everything you want/asked for in the bag. Sometimes they forget the utensils or they only shoot like 1 napkin lol so I always check or ask for some.. But other than that, they legit.
