This was the worst KFC that I ever met, the manager was so disrespectful and selfish! Just ask about a guy with a yellow jersey, for sure she’s going to remember. Please avoid this place, it has a very bad energy, I fell sorry for her.

3/3/2024 - You will want to CHECK your bill and order!!!Ordered a $27.99 original family meal with 2 sides and biscuits as noted on the menu.The cashier incorrectly typed in $29.99. Had to double check my receipt with the price on the menu, then ask for the difference.Then, the back staff incorrectly gave me extra crispy rather than the chicken.So be wary at this KFC! The one on Brookhurst in FV is better at all this.

The cashier named Karla there is such a rude person. I ordered my food I ate in my car and I went back in the KFC to use the restroom and she told me I had to buy something I told her I was just in here and that I did she looked at me and knotted her head saying no.

First of all, I went there and they made be wait for ten minutes in my car... Then they forgot my drink... And gave me the extra crispy when I ordered the Original chicken! The staff there is a hot mess. When the guy took my order through the window... I had to repeat it three times and he still got it wrong!! The Kentucky Fried Chicken in Fountain Valley is ten times better!! Please get a new staff! I will never go to this Huntington Beach location on Talbert and Beach Blvd again!!!!!

The staff is very friendly but forget utensils, napkins and the restrooms were out of order. No sanitizer. Especially with kids, this is essential. Tables dirty but no one in dining room. Drive thru not busy. Just a little more attention to detail especially when time permits. Cleanliness brings back customers. Oh btw, my chicken extra crisp had been sitting for some time. It was definitely old. $50 worth? Nope. thank you.

KFC is expensive, but I saved some money last month, so I decided to treat myself to a late lunch (2pm).Disappointed to find the chicken was dry and the biscuits beyond stale. Ranch saved the chicken, but I had to throw away the desert.Worst money I've spent all year.

I stopped at this KFC yesterday after leaving a friends house for something small and quick to eat. Ordered to chicken sandwiches and some fries. A small drink to go and it was ok. They need to do better with their chicken sandwiches. Customer service was ok. Nice little KFC location.
