The people are friendly but the chicken is just horrible. The chicken is dark brown and full of oil. Definitely cooked early and then kept in an oven for way too long. Even when we ask for the freshest chicken we get a horribly soggy mess. Seems like the HB branches of KFC don't adhere to cooking times etc. I have complained to KFC regional office and they just don't care. Fortunately El pollo is just down the road.

I love KFC, but not this one, I asked the server to please to make sure the chicken legs didn't show the bone, but he gave me two out of three that were of poor quality in my opinion. He took them back and in my opinion, made me feel it was my problem not his. From this customers viewpoint, the quality of their chicken and service made me feel that I will never return to here.

Lucy is the best! She always remembers us and our regular order, but always makes sure that that's what we are ordering....we always get our food served up fast, with a smile! We love to come to this location(even though we pass by multiple other KFC locations to get here!), because we know we will receive excellent customer service and fresh food, every time! Saw a TV commercial for the new KFC tenders so I drove through and tried the 3 tender combo meal. It was far and away the worst fast food I have ordered in recent memory. The chicken was like jerky; not the slightest bit "tender" as described. The fries were hard and crunchy. The biscuit was cold. The only thing that didn't suck was the Pepsi. Won't be coming to KFC again. Pretty sad because their chicken was tasty back in the day.

Ordered a sandwich, sitting at the drive thru window for over five minutes, ask for a ranch with it and told it costs unless I'm getting nuggets or strips? Love it when companies step over a dollar to pick up a dime. I've lived 2 minutes away from this location my whole life and this experience will be my last.

Pretty solid fast food but also pretty pricey... It's about the same price as getting a burger from a restaurant. If you're willing to pay the price food comes out fast and it's not bad.

One would think that increasing their prices by $1 across the board they'd keep their food quality up to par. I get it when you have to raise prices because you increased your labor cost but getting low quality food and dirty restaurants is where customers have to draw the line.The tables were greasy and needed some attention. The floor needed some degreasing and mopping.The chicken, which was supposed to be the specialty of the house was awful! The oil they were fried in tasted old and rancid. Since the 2-piece $4.99 special was only available in original recipe drumsticks, I was stuck!I thought when I saw the sign I was getting a good deal, but when I got my order I was the one feeling played!
Parking: There are three spots in front, disabled, pick-up and standard.
Wheelchair accessibility: It's accessible but with some challenges.

Beware. Check your chicken before drive home. This happened to us three times on a row. We ordered EXTRA crispy chicken. They gave us Original all three times. We tried to call the restaurant but the phone never worked. We had to drive back to the place from our home which is all the way to the beach. They replaced the orders but what a waste of time for us to have to come there. We emailed the corporate office but no responses whatsoever. KFC never cares. Hopefully, now they're got paid $20/hr as fast food workers in California, they should start learning to offer good customer services and be honest with their customers. Terrible people. Always cheating with customers and want to get paid $20/hr.

Picked up some lunch here while I stopped to get a gift certificate for Christmas. Place was dirty, kitchen looked dirty and chicken was exceptionally dry. But worst of all, the recipient of my gift card informed me it was rejected at another KFC. Can you believe that? Apparently their gift cards are only good at the KFC you buy them from. Bad chicken, bad business practices, the colonel should be ashamed.
