The worst Thanksgiving experience we have ever had - food was not done well, served totally wrong, with a manager who was defensive and on the edge of being rude.

Food was really bad for the Thanksgiving both set and a la carte. Service was a disaster and the manager couldn’t care less. Huge frustration.

Celebrated a couple birthdays here last night. Amazing atmosphere in the patio. Everyone loved the food. Thank you Loren at the bar for a delicious espresso martini. And thank you Shelby and coworkers for a 10/10 service! Really, I can't even tell you how good the service was. Can't wait to be back.

Amazing place for dinner, I'm so glad I stopped by. I got the Piri Piri Jidori chicken recommended by David and it was perfect. Everything was so tasty and freshly prepared. They were so helpful in finding us a nice seat to view the beach since Lorea has such a pleasant view of the ocean as well. Such a great seating selection both inside and outside have a really delightful ambiance. Everything was terrific, no complaints in any way, I can't wait to come back to HB and try it again, David and the team are true professionals, make sure to hit this place up.

We really enjoyed our dining experience at Lōrea. We had the crab cakes, which were perfectly smokey flavored due to the caviar they put in them. Following the crab cakes we indulged in the ribeye, cooked perfectly to medium as ordered, with the delicious Chimichurri on the side. We ordered the carrots and the fried rice as sides which were also delectable and delicious. 10 out of 10 I would do this again. Thank you for the excellent dining experience.

Sunday brunch.
Beautiful restaurant and patio overlooking the beach. Food was delicious. Drinks were yummy. Entertainment/music was perfect.

The service was beyond generous. Quinn, was attentive, kind and welcoming. His genuine smile was nice to behold. Our server Haley was kind. She was patient and thoughtful. Great energy. Ruben made sure we were happy and that made us feel important.
I’ll be back.

Thank you for the VIP treatment at brunch yesterday! We had an amazing time! A special acknowledgment to Quinn Hunt (servers assistant), Rueben ( server), and Haley ( server). These staff members made our whole experience!!! We will definitely return!

Great service. Anika did great really took care of us.. food was definitely an upgrade from last time. The bread rolls are the best. Very friendly staff and awesome hotel. I very much enjoyed it all!!!

Great service. Food was average; no earth-shattering flavors or combinations. Cocktail selections were unimaginative. Dessert (pavlova) presentation was fun. Ambience was meh after sunset.

Our service was a little... chaotic, thankfully we had plenty to talk about to pass the time! The food however was very good and nice presentation. We ordered the pork belly wraps and the crab cakes to start, and our table ordered scallops, tuna and pork chops for entrees, as well as the whipped potatoes and asparagus. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted great. Just wish the service was a little better (and they were not fully booked).

Our waitress was exceptional. She addressed any needs we had. Replaced a cocktail my sister had that wasn't just right. Food was delicious. I had smoked salmon flatbread. Carrot cake dessert was incredible. Never seen one so high. It's definitely not an inexpensive restaurant but we thoroughly enjoyed the food service and ambience in beautiful summer afternoon. Parking is steep even with validation. Will walk there next time .

Love the place, staff was amazing which now days it's difficult to find, we felt welcomed since we walked in, we took a long time to order because this was our first time here and server was very patient and he helped us with recommendations and he was right, prices were fair, overall a great experience thank you

EXCELLENT service, we had Ruben he was amazing. Breathtaking view, they had live music, Tiffany, she sang the most beautiful songs. We had all of their small plates and all were a big hit. Cant't wait to go back!

We loved the ambiance created by sitting outside yet with the comfort level of inside. Watching the sunset was spectacular. I lived the Piri Piri chicken and the scallops. The service was excellent! We will be back
