Easy and clean meals with tons of options. Currently a personal trainer and I recommend this place if you want to take the guess work out of your nutrition and focus more on your fitness goals. Great place to go if you want to take control of your macros without having to spend time on meal prepping on your own - the staff is always so helpful and friendly and they’re happy to customize your meals how you like it!

Also a great place you can grab some cool protein snacks and energy drinks!

Was looking for healthy balanced meals for the week as having to plan and cook was overwhelming for me. Tried Meal Prep Rev and was very impressed by all the options they have. The quality of the meals is well worth the value. Food is always fresh and I feel satiated after eating my lunches. It takes the guess work out of meal planning. I highly recommend.

This place is so clean which is what I truly appreciate from a restaurant or meal prep service!! The staff is always so friendly. If you’re not sure what you’re doing, or you have questions you feel embarrassed to ask, they have friendly staff who take the time to really help cater to your nutritional needs. One of the staff members showed me that they have a macro sheet for all their food.

The protein selection is large so it never gets boring. I also love the fan favorites. I tried a fiesta bowl and the goat based on the recommendation from Rosa.

I have been eating my meals here for the last year and I’ve seen incredible results in my fitness journey and I’ll keep coming back!!

I don’t know how others could bash this business since they’re super friendly, honest, the food is cooked fresh daily, and the place is so clean!

I’ve been going to meal prep off and on for the better part of a year now. Their food is always fresh and most importantly consistent! Also their staff is super welcoming and friendly. I definitely recommend 💯 if you’re looking for good clean food to add to your regimen.

9.1.24 Too Good To Go allowed me to try their food without committing an entire package. I ordered a large for $6.33 suspose to have a value of $19.00.
My meal came with diced chicken, zucchini, bake and sweet mashed potato. The chicken is very well seasoned and not dry.. however, the rest were blend with no seasoning. I added salt and pepper. Overall, good healthy food, but I was hoping for more food to meet the $19.00 value.. although this is already a good deal for $6.33 + tax.
I wish the staff/owner would had taken the time to explain what I got and various options. There was no effort trying to convert me to be a repeat customer.
