I always stop by buying some food in this place. I love the quick service and well prepared dishes. Kudos.

Originally came here for dim sum, but as I looked through their dim sum and entree options, we opted for the entrees. In retrospect, I'm really glad we made this decision because their dim sum seemed a bit overpriced.

I celebrated my birthday earlier this evening in this great place. happy to tell that we had a superb evening and the venue was absolutely the reason for that strong evening. The team contributed in a very nice style, the meals were tasty and my buddies were very overjoyed. We shall absolutely visit again for more joyful events. Thank you very much.

This place is surely one of the coolest place to eat in the region. Always when I go there I am extremely glad. They manage their very high standard service and the highest level of food they give. You surely will enjoy this this place. Warmly recommended.

My family has been coming here for over a decade. This is by far our favorite restaurant and would come in or order to go at least once a week before COVID-19. Everyone is so friendly and it is the best Chinese food in Orange County!! We hope they reopen soon and can't wait to eat there again!

Very well kept and convenient spot. They provide large portions and for reasonable rates. I loved the food very much and the staff members were super friendly and explanatory. Will definitely recommend this spot.

Traditional Chinese food right here! This restaurant has really friendly wait staff. The atmosphere is a little lacking, but quiet overall! Absolutely delicious food, my favorite are the Hand-cut Noodles. If you're a fan of Chow Mein, but often don't like the super sweetness of American-Chinese food, this is the dish for you! More of a savory, filling dish that makes you feel like you're eating a home-cooked meal at a friend's house! My MIL and grandmother-in-law who are very well versed in Chinese cooking were very impressed with the authenticity of this place. Would definitely recommend as a family night out!

Low key place for lunch. It seems to be family-run, but for my late lunch, it seemed like those members of the family who cared were elsewhere. The food was pretty good.

Lotus Chinese Eatery rather than Chinese Restaurant on the marqui is intriguing and got us to go back after many years of ignoring this place. Perhaps we avoided the restaurant for its HALAL moniker and not serving any pork dishes. No problem with parking, nor seating, as we entered for lunch. We were seated at a booth by the window and we saw two other booths with patrons. Two waitstaff were on hand, but mostly we were served by an attentive lady named Jenny. She handed us the Luncheon menu to select from, and kept filling our drinks. The lovely missus orders the lunch sweet and sour chicken (I was truly hoping she would like the dish because pork is her sweet and sour thing), I ordered the MaPo equivalent with Shredded Beef with Dry Bean Curd in a great tasting mildly spicy brown sauce. The white cooked rice came separately in a shareable portion as did the spring egg roll with the red and yellow dip. The meals were quickly started with the soup of the day which was a nice thick egg flower and corn soup with bits of chicken. The lovely missus was happy with the sweet and sour chicken, but she missed the fresh pineapple pieces that typically grace this type of a dish. My order was super plenty of beef and tofu slices. The bill at the end came with fortune cookies. Funny how we didnt miss not having a pork dish, and wanted to come back to explore the noodles and the regular dinner menu. That will be the next time we visit Lotus Chinese Eatery.
