Service was very good and gracious-intending. They were very accommodating of slight changes and ingredients based on dietary restrictions. For example, only shrimp in the spring rolls and not both shrimp and pork It was quieter than many restaurants. During the day, there must be a spectacular view of the ocean. Food was excellent.

Hands down best restaurant in Huntington Beach. Incredible flavors & Chef Thomas is absolutely dialed in.

Nicely decorated place with great ocean views, delicious fresh and hot banh mi! Dinner seemed booked up and there was decent availability for lunch on the weekend.

Authentic elegant Vietnamese cuisine in an intimate venue. Service attentive and recommendations regarding portion sizes accurate. Mushroom chicken dumplings, escargots (baked with bone marrow) and Shaky shaky beef were excellent and just the right amount of diversity in taste,

I am impressed with everything about LSXO (Huntington Beach) EXCEPT the choice and volume of the music, which is annoying. This otherwise exceptional restaurant is not a night club, so it's unclear why the owner/manager doesn't select music consistent with the cuisine and decor, and set it at a volume so that patrons can enjoy conversation without straining to hear one another.

One of my favorites in HB as well as Orange County. Love that they continue to stay true to what makes this place special. The food is outstanding, service is great and the music (hard core hip hop) adds to the experience! Love it!!

this was our 6th visit and so disappointing. our service could not make recommendations and we asked someone else and she could not as well. there was confusion with our dishes and what they were. overall the experience was nothing like in the past and we will take this one off our list of great places.

We walked in and were greeted by two hostesses. They asked if we had a reservation, and we mentioned that we didn’t. We then asked if we could still be seated since there appeared to be several open tables. However, they repeated the same question—“Do you have a reservation?”—in a tone that made us feel uncomfortable, as we had already answered.

The interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming, so we decided to leave without dining. While we can’t comment on the food or overall restaurant experience, the way the hostesses handled our visit felt unnecessarily rude and left us feeling discriminated against.

The food and drinks were absolutely amazing. Loved that it was family style for the food, we got the shakey shakey beef, pho Bo rolls, nem nuong and Vietnamese chicken salad. Having grown up with all these classic foods, I appreciated how authentic the taste of the dishes were.

We made a reservation when there was an event at Blue Gold, so they weren't expecting us. I made thr rsvp the same day with only 1 slot available. They still sat us down. We felt special, it was just us on our anniversary. It was a real treat 💕I was pregnant just this September...i really loved having our own space. Glad we got to share this special time right before our son was born. We have to come back!

Ashley was our server and she made excellent recommendations and provided excellent service. LSXO is such a cozy and quaint experience with absolutely amazing food and views of the ocean! I will definitely be back and I highly recommend! We had the shaky shaky beef and spring rolls. The cocktails were amazing as well!!

Great small space tucked away inside the Bluegold restaurant. The food was awesome. I'd recommend the salmon crudo, chicken and mushroom dumplings, and crispy lemongrass chicken (though it is breaded and on the bone - still awesome). If we had more room, we would have had the crispy prawns. The portions are just too big. We saw the lobster/rice dish go by - and it looked awesome, too. There are only seven or eight tables, so make a reservation on OpenTable well in advance.

Amazing service, ambiance, and food! I loved the intimate setting that the restaurants provides.
