This location has always offered me great customer service experience. One of the team members Josh was super nice and welcoming, helped me maximize my rewards points without me even asking. The order is always made so quickly and fresh. My only wish is that the lighting inside was brighter and the air condition isn’t blasting as I’m usually cold when dining in.

My review is a couple days late, but I didn't want to miss the opportunity to let you know that These team members were so great and helpful! They were able to accommodate me with certain restrictions that I had and I appreciate their help very much!
The food was so good and fresh. The chicken was very juicy and I'm super excited that I could add pickles to my bowl!
The ambience inside the restaurant was nice and relaxing, and there is an open space patio if you bring your dog with you or just want to enjoy the fresh air!

Restaurantji Recommends
This place has lost the plot. Restaurants are service businesses. We pay extra for service, but they have changed their menu. Its cute, which never works. Kind of a sign that the business is failing and they've called in poor management to, ultimately, ruin the business. My problem is that they refused to do what they used to do even though they have the ingredients to do it, then blamed other people. Bye Luna Grill. You were ok, and I'll forget you as soon as you're gone.
