Service was quick and friendly. You do have to order at the kiosk for the most part, which can be confusing is you’re not familiar with it. We watched some people have difficulty with it.
I would recommend being early on a weekend as the drive thru backs up onto the roadway.

I used to get coffee here every day for years until ine if the employees decided to treat me like garbage. Now I make my coffee at home and don’t have to deal with underpaid employees.

Just like any run-of-the-mill McDonalds that we’ve all been to. The one on Brookhurst in Fountain Valley is only weak in one area: the competence and attitudes of the employees. Some of the personnel that I have dealt with at the counter need more training and can-do spirit. Might be a sign of lack of good management/leadership?

What can I say about McDonald's other than its McDonald's. They basically have everything they did when I was a kid and it virtually tastes the same. And the ice cream machine still doesn't work.

If you’re planning to visit this location for an ice cream item, prepare to be disappointed. I came in at 9pm, well before closing time, and was told they were “not doing ice cream right now.” There was no explanation beyond that, and no indication of any technical issue or machine malfunction.
If a menu item is advertised and available during posted business hours, it should be available to order. Refusing to serve it simply because staff have decided not to is unacceptable and reflects poorly on customer service standards. Very disappointing experience.
I placed a mobile order at 3:37 PM, well outside of peak hours, and expected a quick and easy pick-up. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but. After waiting in a parking spot for over 30 minutes, I went inside only to discover they hadn't even started preparing my order. To make matters worse, when I finally received my food, the chicken wrap was cold, suggesting the chicken strip was frozen when it was put in. This was incredibly disappointing and a complete waste of my time. I'm very unsatisfied with this service and the quality of the food.

Went here a couple days ago while on a bike ride. Laughed at the menu price and walked out. McDonalds used to be fast and cheap. Now it’s just fast. If you have an In n Out near you you’d have to be insane to choose McDonald’s over a double double.
