Just like any run-of-the-mill McDonalds that we’ve all been to. The one on Brookhurst in Fountain Valley is only weak in one area: the competence and attitudes of the employees. Some of the personnel that I have dealt with at the counter need more training and can-do spirit. Might be a sign of lack of good management/leadership?

What can I say about McDonald's other than its McDonald's. They basically have everything they did when I was a kid and it virtually tastes the same. And the ice cream machine still doesn't work.
