It is not a dislike with the food or the staff, but they should do something with the tomato sauce policy, if the combo carries potatoes, by logic, tomato sauce arrives because they never put tomato sauce in the bag, the logic. 🙄🙄🙄

The little kiosk they basically make you use to order doesn't print a receipt. So then why does the machine tell you to take your receipt? And only briefly flash your order number.. How are you supposed to verify what you actually ordered? Especially if they get it wrong? And then they only call out the order by order number which of course you don't know cause it was only given to you for 2 seconds on the screen. So I sat there waiting for food that was ready. Not that that little act makes a difference. It's time to do better McDonald's.

They charge for extra sauces. I asked for an extra sauce and they have an extra sauce .25 cent charge policy. No signs and no information available about this policy. I placed my order through the app, if I would have known that at the window they would charge me extra for sauces… I would have placed my order in another location because in the app itself… there is no extra charge for sauces. You can order on app up to 10 sauces of the same flavor for $0.00 (see photo for reference) just do this if you want extra sauces for free like they should be. you’re welcome.

Ordered delivery. Order was sent to Uber by McDonald's. Order was not delivered. Called Lucy the manager at warner HB location. Lucy basically told me that I'm out luck. My bank account was charged and I have no food. Uber and McDonald's are stealing people's money. What a scam.

This is your typical McDonald's, with all of the usual Menu Items, quality of food and level of customer service.
I have to hand it to my Cashier Caleb, who was wearing many hats the day of my visit (as I assume they were short staffed). Caleb did a nice job in serving me. Thank you kindly Caleb.
With $20/hr. employees which has driven prices way up, (all thanks to Governor Newsom, who thinks this category of then minimum wage workers deserve a higher wage than the rest oof us), you may as well eat someplace else.

This Location needs more workers 15 minutes to get two McChicken’s and a small drink it’s ridiculous. Literally the restaurant was empty why they take so long managers in need to step in her game.

Honestly this McDonald’s has really bad service. You could be so nice and patient and straight ignore the counter and make out wait a long time. I ask for a refill and the guy had me waiting over 5min and never came back.

The place is designed to omit walk up orders. The app isn't working so I couldn't put in my parking number so I had to go in to get my order. While in there, the staff did all they can NOT to notice me. I want the only one in there. A man was waiting to order at the counter and was not attended to for a while, at least when I came in to the point I walked out with my order. Another gentleman walked and and received the same treatment. The staff was so close to is they clearly saw us. He eventually had to raise his voice so we can get some service. Of course the food was sitting there getting cold. I understand they are busy but not to the point that the front counter area is completely ignored. A sad and disappointing store to represent McDonalds. This place has a 2 star rating but I still considered them as they are in the area. Im sure the owner knows that customers are going there anyway and does nothing to improve customer service with the overpaid employees. The sad economic dilemma for the American taxpayer at the mercy of sub par service and no choice but to go there for a McDonalds that cannot provide simple human kindness and customer service.

The food is great as always most people are friendly their biggest problem is being understaffed not very helpful when you're inside kind of bland as if the robots took over in the Drive-Thru just does not flow like a regular McDonald's it takes forever they never have the pay window open it gets bottled necked if you're late in the morning forget that egg McMuffin you will be late this is the only location I see that flows like this out of the probably hundreds I've been to but if it wasn't for that and the inside being lack of human interface and lack of help if you have the time just go to another MD's

Wow what kind of Mcdonald's does not have a working ice cream machine on the day the new Mcdonald's shake comes out lol you guys are just lazy and prob dont wanna make the shakes just horrible customer service
