AWFUL MANAGER!! I ordered 2 McGriddles this morning and realized when I got to work I only received 1. I called the manager when upon seeing the mistake who refused to do anything about it! She claimed we only paid for one and that we confirmed our order was correct. I explains the employee read back 2 McGriddles. Then asked âwell was it correct on the screenâ (even though itâs an all black screen) she stated âwell thereâs nothing I can do about itâ refusing to educate her employee on being more careful when placing orders.

This place is horrible. How do you forget hash brows each and every damn time I order it. Final straw ? when I ordered my meal on their lot through the app. The second drive thru hispanic girl swears my order was not there and maybe I waited too long 10 minutes or longer to pick up my order and it erased in their system. I told and showed her my app receipt that my order was not made over 10 minutes ago. I asked her where is my order She yelled "I don't know where your order is", and slammed the window. I parked to the right on the lot and quickly exited my vehicle to enter the store for a show down. As I walked to the counter my damn food was sitting there with my name and receipt attached to the bag! She peaked around the corner and smirked. This resulted in me calling her an idiot very loudly! This restaurant is in walking distance. I now drive to the location on Warner or wait until I get near my office. Better service, no missing items, no misplaced meals and no stupid employees.
