Mod pizza is one of the few places that will bring takeout to the car so that I don't have to go inside which is a BIG plus w kids in the car during the COVID epidemic. Love the ease of ordering on their website and I didn't have to make an account. Though I do wish there were a few more veggie toppings, the custom pizza was still great. One MOD pizza can be 2 meals for me which helps me justify the price of it.

So I've got a bone to pick with these people. So, I've been trying to support local businesses during the time of the coronavirus. I ordered a pizza and a desert. When I hit confirm, someone in the house said, "let's wait just a little to order". No longer then a minute did I hit the cancel button. I should be good right? Wrong!!They put on my receipt with Uber eats that I canceled after they made the food. If they can make a pizza in less then a minute. I them. I know that's not possible. They have my phone number on the receipt. If canceling would of caused a problem. They could of called me and I would of completely understood and just took the food. Since I apparently paid for it. Who in there right mind makes someone pay for a order they canceled and not refund me the money or give me the food that you are forcing me to pay over a glitch that they can clearly take advantage in the system of Uber eats. I'm glad I noticed. I hope they enjoyed there meals. Eat here with caution. They are a very shady business.

How is it possible to ruin pizza?? Let me introduce you to MOD pizza.Coronavirus. Trying to support local businesses. So I used uber eats and decided to give this spot a try. After tax and delivery fee it was almost 50 dollars for two small pizzas.We got a BBQ chicken. And a Buffalo chicken style pizza. Had to screw those up, right? The menu ingredients say gorgonzola. Its a really strong cheese like Bleu cheese and I expected a few bits sprinkled on top... no. I've never seen so much of this stuff stuff and baked into the pizza. It literally tasted like biting into a giant chunk of gorgonzola and you LITERALLY cannot taste any other ingredients.I couldn't finish a single piece. Offered a taste to two other people in my household to see if I was crazy. Both took a bite and throw it away.Would 0 star if I could.

My first time ordering from MOD Pizza and it is delicious! So convenient to be able to place your order online and pick it up when it's ready. The staff at the Huntington Beach (Bella Tera) location are so nice and provided fast, efficient, and great customer service. This will be my regular pizza spot going forward. Thanks for awesome pizza and rad associates who made it!

In my opinion so much better then all other customizable pizza place!! They had Cauliflower crust option that was amazing!! My husband got a regular pizza which he also said was delicious, overall great experience and we will be going there again!!!
I write this review with a heavy heart because I truly felt bad for the 2 guys struggling to do their jobs when I came in. It was lunchtime on a Saturday, so you would think their management would make sure they are appropriately staffed since it's the weekend. Apparently not. The line was out the door, and people were also waiting for their online order on the other side. TWO guys working. I watched them stress out for literally like 45 minutes. Yes, we were getting impatient, but it was just so sad to see those employees struggle to serve everyone. The sign outside that says "super fast"--LIES. At least for this location. Management has some serious issues to address.

Fresh and made to order pizza with so many toppings available. The veggie options here include artichoke, hot peppers, bell peppers, mushrooms, seasonally there is roasted corn, tomato, olives, and herbs including fresh basil, dried rosemary, Italian seasoning... so good! There are multiple cheeses from which to choose but the ricotta is one of my favorites because it lets the veggies really shine. If you like meat, there are multiple meat options too. Usually I get create your own pizzas but I've also gotten the Lucia pizza which is a classic Italian combo of ricotta, spicy red sauce, fresh basil, and pepperoni. Everything I've gotten here is good. Make sure to order ahead during busy times if you're on a time crunch because it can take a hot minute if it's near a mealtime. Only once was my online order not ready on time but the woman was so thoughtful and offered a lemonade while I waited which helped mitigate my growling tummy -- excellent customer service! Totally recommend -- you'll enjoy your pizza no matter which combo you choose.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered online, said order would be ready at 12:35pm. Go to the counter at 12:40, he hasn't even started my order! He says I'll start it very soon. Ok- 20 minutes later still hasn't started order. He says- I'll make it now. We get the Caesar salad no issues, pizza comes- ugh- they made the wrong pizza. He starts over! Pizza was very good, but waiting an hour is not acceptable. They need to figure it out! I won't come back and we were there with a soccer team. They won't come back either.
