This place is a gem. Me and my coworker and I went in randomly the other day and were greeted by the most wonderful staff. We got some food which was so good I can't begin to tell you.I had two tacos rice and beans, and my buddy got a massive burrito. They have a full bar and heated patio. So glad I found this place.

Good food, service and great "beach casual" atmosphere! Recently sold but both the original owners and new owners are very focused on making your experience enjoyable. Very customer friendly!

Used to go here all the time on random days. Went a few days ago and it was not the same. The food the drinks and the service was horrible. Waited about 30 minutes for the menus and just for some street tasting tacos. It is weird because there are three workers two are just standing there watching while one Mexican guy is doing all the work and also struggling with putting in the orders on the tablet and no one is there to help him. It was better the way it was before this year. Will not be coming back.

Came in to have some Mexican Food and Randy the GM was very personable and attentive. The tacos on a Tuesday were absolutely amazing! For a decent price. Don't forget to ask for spicy sauce only if you are ready for the fire! Great place for dinner. Coming back for sure!

Live in the neighborhood, go to taco Tuesday every week...went 2 weeks ago. Waited 20 minutes to be greeted. Waited 45 minutes then had to go to the kitchen twice to check on our order sitting in the window. Bartender seemed to be the ONLY person working. Never got refills. Brought the wrong check. We were there for over an 2 hours for 1 round of tacos and a beer. New owners seemed extremely overwhelmed and all new staff. Not going back for a while...which is disappointing.

Has been our favorite spot on Tuesdays. New ownership brings changes. Prices and specials. Not the "deal" it was.

Locals beware, under new management. Not the same caliente. We came in on a Saturday night, and the place was empty. That should have been our first sign that we were about to have a terrible experience. We picked our own table as usual, and sat for a few minutes before the new manager came over, and immediately started blabbing about how stressed he is from the first day of taking over a "sinking ship" from the previous owner. This was the first immediate turn off. The second was after receiving our drinks and knowing immediately in order for them to cut costs and turn a profit, this means cutting quality also. I was served a pint of premade margarita mix with a single shot of flavored tequila. I ordered a Jalapeño margarita and the only "fresh" ingredient was the ice. I took two sips and didn't finish it. I noticed the new bartender was making drinks off a pre-written recipe I'm assuming written by the manager as he was sitting there, watching him like a hawk making drinks. I even overheard the bartender saying that the margarita mix was too sweet and the other customers were complaining about how bad it was, and even made the manager himself take a sip where he agreed it was too sweet. However the manager seemed to be more concerned about putting new drinks on the menu than the quality of the current ones being served as I heard him go from table to table asking what preference of flavored margarita they'd rather have given the option. I ordered a chicken quesadilla which was mediocre at best and my boyfriend ordered a carne asada burrito that was cold in the center with meat that was more comparable to ground beef than carne asada. We sat the rest of the meal, having to listen to commercials from the TV that was blaring above our head, as there was no music and every TV at full volume. I understand there will be hiccups when taking over a business but the new manager is killing every quality that made this place great and we sadly will not be returning.

We go here all the time. Went Saturday for dinner. Walked inside didnt recognize anyone. Saw the 2 new owners waiting tables and a brand new bartender it was his first day. Took over 20 minutes to get our drinks. Owner came over after that and apologized saying he has a brand new staff. I get it. But come on. Took another 25 minutes to get our food. Drinks just weren't the same. Mine was missing the mezcal ‍. Not sure if we will be coming back anytime soon

My husband and I came here with some friends tonight and had a very lovely experience! The staff were friendly, margaritas were great, plates were inexpensive but came with a lot of food and everything was really tasty. The salsa that came with the chips was also amazing. The owner and the general manager both visited our table to ask how it was going. This will be our new favorite local Mexican restaurant!

Horrendous management. None of the original staff is employed there after the new ownership takeover.
