My Place Sports Bar & Grill

Just went here, been driving by on my way to and from the beach. Highly recommend it, great food, service and atmosphere. It only took me 40 years to get here. Gotta thank my brother Kris and his better half Stacy for bringing me. Better late than never. 🤦‍♂️

Great place like home 🏡

Great spot, a little bit hidden. Went here for a couple beers and something to eat. Ordered their Cheesesteak Sandwich and it was huge (and delicious). Servers were great, other patrons very friendly. Lots of TVs, very large outdoor area for the smokers.

I’ve gone here quite a few times and is always clean and friendly staff. Affordable prices for food and beverages. Fun atmosphere. Annabelle was making extra sure we were enjoying ourselves and was a pleasure. Try their French dipped sandwiches- they’re so yummy! Thank you for being such a great place to go.

The foods pretty mid, but we were there for the drinks and the happy hour. Drinks were great..strong pours. The wings of the only thing I would order off the menu. Nice and crispy and good sauce.

We keep going back cuz it's such a great place. It's got good food, specials,sports, lots of seating inside and outside. Can fit large parties and dog friendly outside. Smoking or vaping outside and There's comfy seating outside with tvs!

I had a horrible experience for my first time here at a watch party. Just moved to the area and was hoping for a good experience from the reviews but I had horrible service. The bar person was great for my drinks because I never had the server come to my table but when she finally came, she ignored me on multiple occasions and forgot my drink order. I saved her down a couple times to get intentionally ignored. It wasn’t a pleasant experience. I think the bar staff was great, just not my server.

Usually bars, and mostly sports bars, are notorious for not serving much of anything a Vegan can eat, so we were pleasantly surprised to find a Veggie Burger on the menu! Way to go, My Place!!! It wasn't an Impossible Burger or Beyond Burger, I think it was Morningstar Farms but geez Louise, was I happy to be able to get that! It hit the spot and our waitress was super friendly and helpful. We marveled at the incredibly long tables, the longest I've ever seen in a restaurant. Sawdust on the floor, not sure what that's about. For some reason, the place is a Chiefs hangout. I know nothing about football, but my boyfriend figured that one out when talking with the waitress. There were about 5 or 6 people on the outdoor patio, and about 3 people including us indoors that evening. Slow night, but perfect for us because we weren't looking for rowdy or noisy that evening. Just a quiet dinner in a nice place, but I imagine it's pretty fun when there's a Chiefs game happening.
