I've been here once before with a friend to try their kava, which turned out to not be my kinda drink. But I liked the charmingly tacky decor, so I thought I'd go back today for some tea instead. The place was totally empty, so I bought some hot tea, sat in the corner, and started to read my book. After some time, the woman working there came up to me and told me there is a time limit on how long we can sit there without ordering kava. "Owner's rules," she said.I was still the only person there. Not using their Wi-Fi. Just reading an old book in a corner and drinking their ginger tea. This was quite odd. I obviously left, but then walked past it again a few minutes later and realized that she kicked me out because she wanted my seat ? I had the comfortable armchair in the corner, which is where she was sitting when I first got there AND again now that she got rid of me and closed the door. The place was still empty, but she was now comfy at work.Obviously will not be going back. Very disappointing as I live nearby and love to read in cafes.

Drove out when they were supposed to be open to find it closed. Won't be returning.

This spot is a gem, owner and everyone who works here are genuinely kind people, Rosa, Hannah, Chris. It is a little pricy but worth it. The atmosphere is great too and people who come around here are always nice.

A party of 6 of us came here, all but one for the first time. We came a bit early before 7, which meant there’s a bogo deal. Pricing was not cheap. There was a bit of confusion regarding shots and costs. The happy hour is calculated as two double shots for $7 which really came out to one shot for $3.5. We order the 30 shots, thinking the.original cost would’ve been at 30 shots at $133, so we thought we were paying half of that at $2.22 a shot. For the 30 shots plus a kombucha and ginger tea the bill came to $125. We all got about 4-5 cups each. I would describe the flavor as earthy and a little bitter comparable to matcha but muddier. So you really have to stir it up so that the powder doesn’t settle to the bottom of the cup. It was recommended we take 4-6 shots. We all had about 5. Most of the others didn’t feel much but tingling on the tongue and lips. We liked the atmosphere but wish that the happy hour was explained a bit more with clarity. If you look at 30 shots for $133 it comes out to $4.43 a shot so with happy hour you are only saving a little. Overall, we thought the atmosphere in there was cool and cozy. It was rather quiet without a band. I am not sure if we will return, the effects are very minimal. For $20 a person, I rather go spend it on thc gummies. With tax and tip we each paid $30/person.

The atmosphere is great, the live music is soothing and the kava kava tea isn't bad at all. Overall, I enjoyed it.

They talked me into trying cava drink saying that it would not make me feel drunk or feeling unwell. I mentioned that was very sensitive to any alcohol and any kind of drugs! ! They reassured me not to worry.I tried the drink. It gave me a sensation of being under drugs. Nexr day I could not even get up from bed and I missed the day of work. When I asked for a refund they told me a boss would call me and would issue me a refund and it has never happened. This is a horrible place. I would not recommend going there.I will be calling certain authorities so they Check on this suspicious place!

BEST KAVA I HAVE EVER HAD; So good that I continue to order more after returning home

As I travel to United States, I check out kava bars, because many of them are so cool and provide such a great environment for people to connect, heal or just vibe... I've seen all kinds. Mystic Waters is in a really cool little village. It looks like a European story book when you walk in. It's beautiful well done with creative dragons and trees. I expected to find Kratom with the Kava which is normal, but they only served Kava. They didn't sell it by single shots. It looked like they sold you a package which gets expensive.I like the traditional idea that they give you a bowl a whisk with the powder to make yourself it's very traditional. However, drinking it with the powder is not over all the best way of nmy opinion.they served Fujian Kava and I took a friend who had never experienced it. I usually feel it on two shells, we felt nothing after spending $70 to get 10 shells worth...high price for zero results ...so I would say in regard to the service and the quality of the product It's not very good in my estimationThe experience and the ambience is worth at least a trip to check out. We did meet some great people there two ladies that had a great vibe, I would love to see them have brewed leaf kratom-and the choice of having kava that's already pre-brewed and filtered versus drinking the powder which can cause stomach problems.Overall, I'd say they were 3 star based on the products and the service.Another note-Their machine was also down so we had to use Venmo, which is not the best. Their Internet was shoddy and did not work well my videos did not load to social-

Great atmosphere, fun and a cool experience. But the two for one happy hour is deceiving at best. Its advertised as a 50% off but really it's about a 15% off. Won't be back, and can't really suggest you go there. The vibe is great, just let down by the deceiving wording with 2 for 1 happy hour.

Funky. Not only did I imbibe, but also got a dose of Eastern Mysticism...for free. Really, an experience not to be missed.
