The girl with the red hair did not want to honor my free small drink the app said one per visit and was active the previous day she forgot to add ginger she took an order after mine and there was more people waiting with only one employee . She decided to do hers first and leave was all waiting .. it was clearly a placed order and not an online order the lady she served first

This specific location has a few very rude employees, one in particular a few time has been very condescending. Somehow it’s this location specifically that I’ve had the difficult employees. All the others are great
