Writing a bad review is not something I do lightly. However, never will I be coming here again. This Nekter location is closer to my home than the one I typically go to after the gym in Irvine. They never ever ever mess anything up. I ordered for pick up here and they managed to mess up my simple order. When confronted about it, I was informed "that was an old promotion." Like what? I literally ordered it on the app? No accountability whatsoever, waste of my time waiting for my drink to be made which defeats the entire purpose of ordering for pick up. Hate to say this, but you literally had ONE job and it definitely is not a difficult one.

Did an online order today and showed up to Pick it up and they were a little behind on orders I felt really bad there were only two workers and a great amount of orders in Cue seems like they should have a couple more workers to take the orders so the others can make the orders. They were both awesome workers just seems like poor management that they didn't have enough staff to help them out.

Smoothies are on point with company standards and consistency. Service at this location is always good. Ambiance is standard for Nekter. Great spot, just needs some higher altitude cleaning as vents and lights are visibly dirty. Other than that, keep up the good work.

Ordered a large pink flamingo only had a 100$ girl at register said no problem, and was going to complete the transaction then her "manager" said no change... now mind you it is 2 PM in the afternoon. Definitely going to boycott this Nekter store

I'm pretty sad. The base of my Acai Banana Berry bowl has no taste. It always sucks when you're super excited for something and then it's such a let down. I took 4 bites and really just can't finish it because it's not good. I also paid $1 extra for coconut shreds and there really was barely any on there. You can kinda tell in my pic, but this was after I had a a few bites and it melted at this point. I mostly ate the base as I was tryna figure out if it was just me lol.Service was nice tho! So a couple stars for that!Overall, complete waste of money.

As I waited in line nobody came to assist assuming because I am a Hispanic in a white dominant area nobody even bothered to look my way I left after 5 minutes or standing in line
Not the same quality as other locations. Ordered a chocolate peanut butter and it was watery and sicky sweet. The tropical cooler tasted off as well. Definitely a bummer considering the cost of each regular drink.

I had a voucher for a free small smoothie or juice for signing up with Nekter rewards. I came to this location to redeem my voucher and the staff was extra friendly letting me pick out which drink I wanted. I was able to get a small Mango Delight togo. I believe it's valued at around $8 and I basically got it for free through the app. The staff made the drink for me within minutes and it came out tasting fresh and delicious. I finished my drink in less than 10 minutes. Overall great location and staff here.

Jennifer is amazing! She helped us out with our order and also gave us a great deal on some cleanses. She is very friendly and professional! The bowls are excellent and good quality ingredients! We highly recommend this place for family and friends. We will be coming back in the near future.

Nekter is a business that just does it right. This location is one of my favorites. Their staff is always super nice. I've had a couple of times when the drink was different from before and they have always remade it for me, no hesitation. I love how their juices are always fresh and i can order quickly with my mobile app. Also stock up on gift cards during holiday season because they are 20% off.
