After seeing and hearing about this place, we ordered a cake for a birthday today and regretted immediately. Cake wasn't good but that wasn't out main concern or I wouldn't even rate it for it's taste but the people who handle the business inside made us to give 1 star and to let people to know what is waiting for them. The people who work there, don't even communicate each other or know what is going on, on top of that for no reason giving attitude without us saying a word or even do anything. The grumpy and unpleasantness of one of the employees there made us very uncomfortable and not happy

Too bad they got rid of their survey with every purchase on the receipt so you could get a buy one get one free upon completion. That kept me coming here on a regular basis, but since I was informed that the surveys are now on random receipts, on a random basis, it will limit my visits. Such a shame since they make more than enough money to have kept that going.

Maybe Bundt cakes are underrated, but this place is consistently good and has fresh cakes ready for special occasions. Like others, this one is in a strip mall with plenty of parking. The staff are always helpful with suggestions. Great place!

I placed an order for 3 cakes with a total of >$200. I was told when I ordered the cakes that a note on the order indicating that it was 'being served within 3 hours' had no relevance to the order as I mentioned it was not accurate and I needed them to last several days in a refrigerator before serving. I had purchased a sample cake from this facility the previous week that had been plastic wrapped, yet when I picked up the cakes I found none of them were wrapped in a way to survive a refrigerator for >24 hours.
I brought them back to ask that they be wrapped as OIO had originally asked but instead was lectured on the intricacies of the health department code and told that because they had been removed from the store they couldn't wrap them. No remedy was offered at any point so I asked if they could be wrapped outside of the food prep area but told this was also against the health code (which I seriously doubt since they literally do this in front of you when you buy a cake). I then asked if I could be provided material to wrap them myself since I am from out of town and have nothing in my hotel. I was just flatly told no then kindly informed to just let them know for 'next time' if I apparently want the cake to be preserved or not. When I tried to explain that I did make this request when I ordered I was rudely dismissed telling me that there was 'no record' of this and they weren't 'going to argue with me.'
I asked what would be offered if the cakes dried out for my event and was just reassured that there was no way that would happen but, again, not offered any sort of remedy or guarantee. Absolutely unacceptable service both at the customer level and the support for their product level. Avoid this location at all costs.

Received a gift card and attempted to use it. They wouldn't accept a gift card from an online pick-up order but would accept it if I placed an order at the shop. Ridiculous business practice that needs to be corrected.
