Maybe Bundt cakes are underrated, but this place is consistently good and has fresh cakes ready for special occasions. Like others, this one is in a strip mall with plenty of parking. The staff are always helpful with suggestions. Great place!

I placed an order for 3 cakes with a total of >$200. I was told when I ordered the cakes that a note on the order indicating that it was 'being served within 3 hours' had no relevance to the order as I mentioned it was not accurate and I needed them to last several days in a refrigerator before serving. I had purchased a sample cake from this facility the previous week that had been plastic wrapped, yet when I picked up the cakes I found none of them were wrapped in a way to survive a refrigerator for >24 hours.
I brought them back to ask that they be wrapped as OIO had originally asked but instead was lectured on the intricacies of the health department code and told that because they had been removed from the store they couldn't wrap them. No remedy was offered at any point so I asked if they could be wrapped outside of the food prep area but told this was also against the health code (which I seriously doubt since they literally do this in front of you when you buy a cake). I then asked if I could be provided material to wrap them myself since I am from out of town and have nothing in my hotel. I was just flatly told no then kindly informed to just let them know for 'next time' if I apparently want the cake to be preserved or not. When I tried to explain that I did make this request when I ordered I was rudely dismissed telling me that there was 'no record' of this and they weren't 'going to argue with me.'
I asked what would be offered if the cakes dried out for my event and was just reassured that there was no way that would happen but, again, not offered any sort of remedy or guarantee. Absolutely unacceptable service both at the customer level and the support for their product level. Avoid this location at all costs.

Received a gift card and attempted to use it. They wouldn't accept a gift card from an online pick-up order but would accept it if I placed an order at the shop. Ridiculous business practice that needs to be corrected.

The hungry veterans that were asking about the food that was delivered for free were told it is not for us. This picture is armed security handing bundles of luxury food to the well paid VA staff that is killing veterans like me while I am on food stamps watching them showered with gifts. Nothing Bunt Cakes obviously has a rich market but should consider the poor who are living off of the crumbs of our heroic VA workers.

I ordered 4 boxes of every flavor of Bundtinis from Nothing Bundt Cakes for a recent open house, and everyone was raving about how good they were! They were especially a favorite of the kids because when parents are trying to look at homes and they bring their kids, it isn't always easy. They appreciated having something bite-sized and not too sweet for their kids to enjoy! It always makes everyone happy! The cakes were very moist and very tasty! Be sure to try the keylime flavor as it is only available for a short time, and it's delicious!

I’ve always had a great experience until I visited the Westminster location and saw the way the manager (Karen I believe) treat her employees. It made me so uncomfortable and I’ve never seen anyone belittle their employees like that so I left once I saw the manger rushing everyone and bullying her staff. The staff are so sweet and ready to help anyone out so I would think they are treated with respect and patience. Please do better in retraining your managers
