Nice mom and pop shop sandwich shop. Seemed like the worker was a one man show, which prolonged the food just a little. The worker was really friendly and polite. Worked as fast as he can to fulfill the orders.

Changed ownership and took a turn for the worst. Will never be coming back. EVER. Food does not taste fresh and no love like there used to be. Very sad

Local sandwich shop that’s served our community for years. Different owners throughout time. Sadly the service is SLOW. Major communication barrier as the staff speak broken English and often get the order wrong. Waited 30 min for 2 sandwiches and one was made incorrectly. Really hot inside. Would it hurt to turn on the AC for guests? Poor guy in front of me sent his sandwich back as well. Sad to see what this place has become.

I'm a usual customer at Pacific Crust and I must admit, I was a little skeptical on returning after there was a change in owners. However, the new owner Paul makes these sandwiches as good if not better than how they used to be with old ownership. Also very friendly and quick customer service. I will keep returning back to my favorite sandwich spot.

Use to be great. We miss you Emily! Seams that they have changed owners and not for the best. Use to be one of my favorite now it is overpriced and no flavor if they get the order correct.

I was excited to try this as the photo on postmates depicted a sandwich with a hearty looking baked bun. A real sandwich. What arrived was quite different. Slimy Turkey with plastic looking cheese and bread so white it may have well still been dough. Was very disappointed as I am always looking for a great sandwich. I quite literally gave a few pieces of my Turkey to my dog then was worried what it would do to him.. so bad you can't feed it to your dog.

Worst sandwich EVER just folded meat with lettuce wrapped around it in bread. All the breads were just sitting all opened not a single bag of bread closed to keep fresh. Worst 10$ I have ever spent, I should have went to subway for a better one, and that's saying a lot.....people just give good reviews to "support small business" don't waste your time here!

I try not to rate any restaurant that low but this was a major disappointment. We ordered 5 different meals for our family to our surprise not one of them was good. They were all very greasy and had no real flavor. Even the fries were bad, not fully cooked and unsalted. It was just a bad experience which left us wonder how can they have such good ratings? When we walked in we saw it was pricey and immediately told each other it must be really good. However it fell flat on expectations. We went there because we wanted to support local as opposed to chain restaurant. Welp, we chose wrong. Perhaps this was a bad day for them but we have to rate our experience unfortunately. Good luck!

I ordered the pastrami Rueben and oh my lord! So good! My favorite sandwich shop. Small business family owned local gem.

I was really hopeful after reading some reviews that I could get a great sandwich here, but I have to say I was disappointed. I ordered a turkey delight, which the menu board said was a turkey sandwich that had bacon and tomatoes on it. What I got was grilled deli meat turkey on a grilled bread sandwich with tomato slices & some bacon. There was no sauce of any kind on it. I had envisioned a fresh healthy turkey sandwich (except for the bacon), which was nothing like what I ended up receiving. The bread had been buttered and fried and I've never seen somebody grill deli turkey meat. I ended up heading over to Jan's to get a fresh sandwich. I'm sure this place is fine if you expect lunchtime food-truck type sandwiches on the greasy side, or want a burger and fries. Was trying to support a local business, but just can't do it after spending two hours in the gym, lol.
