Really need assertive team member to handle the app order line to stop the line crashers and distribute orders already prepared instead of fixing orders for people who ordered on app but is not ready for them My order was ready when arrived but had to wait like 15 minutes + to get my order due to above listed issues And then meal hardly warm and so many pieces of breading in orange chicken so was not a very good meal

I just had a horrible experience at this location. they refused to let me sample the honey sesame chicken. I simply told them I am 8 months pregnant and don’t know if I will like it and don’t want to waste my money on something I won’t eat. Not only did the cashier refuse, so did the manager. I had every intention of buying food regardless if I liked the honey sesame or not, but after being refused, I will no longer be eating at your establishment. I only ever got Sweet Fire chicken from your establishment and was looking for something to replace this since you no longer serve it at most locations. I have been a customer for years and am sad to no longer want to eat here.
