Tell them that they need to actually cook the food. The fries were raw and the cookie was so soft that it was watery. The environment outside the restaurant is openly hostile.
Store was clean. Staff friendly/helpful. Donuts made fresh while you wait. Grandson enjoyed watching the donuts being made. Donuts came out hot and delicious. We enjoyed them at outside tables. Very yummy!

Loved the deep dish baked ziti and sangria. Our server was outstanding and she was very attentive. We had a really enjoyable time.
Duck Donuts is one of these places where your donuts are made to order. They make them right in front of you based on what flavor combinations and toppings you want, or order from a long list of really creative combos they have (many are seasonal). We ordered Apple Pie Donut (complete with Apple Pie Filling on Top), Pumpkin Strudel (best one) and a Cookies and Cream (my daughter said was delicious) All donuts were piping hot and melted in your mouth. Will come back again when we are in town
I’m giving this place a 4 because they have a Little Rock star waitress that’s helped us out the past few weekends and she gives great service and makes excellent specialty drinks for me. She alone would’ve given it a 5 star. “Location is also a 5 and the way BJ’s has worked around Covid is also a 5. The knock down to a 4 is because I think they’re understaffed. I see the team is working hard, but people are waiting. Maybe schedule a couple extra people on weekends and dinner time and you’ll be a 5 all around for me.
My daughter, myself and a friend decided to get away for the weekend to get my daughter out. We decided to have dinner at BJ's on Saturday and we said we would plan ahead since we had a long wait the previous night another place so we thought being proactive and planning ahead would be a better experience. Well things did not go good. Food was late, broccoli was cold, steak was not cooked as ordered, soup was cold, dessert which we ordered two of was not cooked thoroughly( was gummy) we ordered the cookies and did not get the ice cream with our dessert. Dinner was a disaster. Good part is I spoke to the manager and she initially offered to email me a gift certificate but I asked for my money back and offered to return all of the food, we had a meal we paid for but could not eat. She refunded out money and we didn't have to many options available to eat at so we ordered a hamburger DQ, it was delicious. I go to BJ'S where I live and majority of the time we enjoy the food. I will go again as this was that time when the food and service was up to par but I did get a refund.
Great donut, my kid loves it. Comes and check it out, they do make sandwiches and they do have coffee too.
My best friend and I visited this Huntington Beach location and were completely impressed. My friend is a connoisseur of donuts and she said these are on another level! The young lady taking our order was friendly and professional. Her co-worker was also fun and delightful. The made to order freshness is hands down worth the drive we made! It's fun to also watch the process for which our toppings were applied. The owner came out and chatted a bit with us. Really fun experience! Can't wait to return!
Good service - good food - fair prices. Simple. Worth the stop. The regular BJ's menu here which has quite a few options. Their seasonl beers are a go to item.

AMAZING, thats all I can say as I devour this incredibly delicious Duck Donut!!!
I went to BJs at Buckland hills when I was on business and it was fine and had wanted to take family to try. Well I went again today while away on business. One item I did not like and only took one bite. Stated I didn’t care for and asked if I wanted something else. Next item I got was ice cold but ate and didn’t say anything. I was then charged for the item that I didn’t eat and have been sick for past two hours Sind leaving. Their food is only thing I ate today so has to be them. Let hungry and sick will never be back again. Will not ever recommend to anyone ever.
I was really looking forward to this pizza. We had eaten at many times at other B J locations and really enjoyed the food. I can only compare this pepperoni pizza to a horrible drive in movie pizza. The crust was very thin but limp. The sauce was so greasy I had to blot it with a napkin. Small circles of pepperoni dotted the pizza as well as very small thin slices of pepperoni that I'd compare to treats that I've given to my dogs. Although the sauce had pretty good flavor it was let down by the crust and pepperoni. Absolutely un edible ??????
Stumbled upon this place... soooooooo delicious. Only problem is I don’t want to stop eating them.
Four of us went on a Saturday afternoon. Had a great table for people watching. Waitstaff was very attentive and help with menu choices. We all had different selections which were very good. Was more expensive than the normal BJ's. Probably because of the tourist location.
