Ordered my pizza at 8PM, I called 3 different times checking on where my pizza was and they kept saying it would be there in 7 minutes. At 10PM I still never received my pizza. I asked for a refund they say they don’t do refunds. I just wanted a pizza after working a 10 hour shift at a hospital. This Papa John’s is absolute garbage please do yourself a favor and do not order pizza from here.

I've read a lot of bad reviews about this Papa John's, and believe me when I say I thought for sure the reviews would be right, that this was the worst place to get a good pizza, but like the reviews I WAS WRONG!! The staff was nice and extremely helpful, the food was excellent, especially those oreo bites!!!! Although I wish they had a better selection of sodas but other then that I really don't understand why this place has such bad reviews.

I called order on the phone, she said 2 hours and I called other papa john in Santa ana, she said 39'. I am waiting 1 1/2 hours no delivery. So I redial the number, they said they didn't sêu name on the system. I already order many time from them.

BEWARE! this is not your Typical Papa Johns. If you are looking for that classic Papa Johns taste and consistency, will WILL NOT find it here. Its worth the drive to go into Costa Mesa for a Papa Johns Pizza. This Store and the Goldenwest Store are under the same management. If you order from either store, be prepared to be harassed or walking into a toxic environment and you will be given an under cooked meal that was not ready at the time stated.

The food here just does not come out right. It either isn't cooked well enough, and/or it is not prepared properly. It tastes bad and sometimes seems undercooked.

We ordered from this Papa John’s on a Friday night for dinner. Out of 4 items we ordered, 3 of them had problems.
1 - Stuffed Crust Pizza had a big piece of plastic in it (pictured) and was not fully cooked
2 - The Oreo Papa Bites weren’t cooked through (pictured, raw dough in the middle)
3 - We ordered boneless wings with no sauce and instead received sauced bone in wings
I submitted a form via customer service but there was no place to upload the pictures.
