Great service during busy rush I kept giving them the wrong name on the order cause I didn’t know whose name the person who ordered it put on there the cashier had a lot of patience and was still very polite in my moment of stupidity hard to find polite service people these days 10/10

Food was good but the service was not great. Understandable that there was one employee but some common custom service should be implemented.

BEWARE! this is not your Typical Papa Johns. If you are looking for that classic Papa Johns taste and consistency, will WILL NOT find it here. Its worth the drive to go into Costa Mesa for a Papa Johns Pizza. This Store and the Beach and Garfield Store are under the same management. If you order from either store, be prepared to be harassed or walking into a toxic environment and you will be given an under cooked meal that was not ready at the time stated.

I was trying to order pizza and when the lady answered the phone I didn’t get a greeting … I got “ bear with me I have asthma and I can’t breath”…. Um ma’am? Why are you working and you so called can’t breathe?… I proceeded to TRY to order. And I guess she couldn’t hear me … I just wanred a large pepperoni… why are we hiring illiteratePeople that don’t have communication skills? This is becoming more common… scary sad

I had a terrible experience at Domino’s so I went to that Papa Johns and they were awesome.. great service and delicious thin crust pepperoni pizza.

I tried the Shaq-A-Roni bc it looked so good on the commercials… I was skeptical, but I’m glad I tried it… it looks AS GOOD as on the commercials and it was delicious!I highly recommend if you like pepperoni / thin crust.5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect pizza and excellent customer service from Antoine. Had some not so perfect orders in the past, but have been assured they are working their hardest to improve ? I recommend you try out a pizza from here, and see what you think ?
