Pelican Isle is a place you want to like. Parked next to the marina, the views are terrific. My server was friendly and helpful. Sat waterside by the marina and enjoyed the sunshine. However, my margarita was like dishwater. No flavor, watered down and not even sure there was tequila. Ordered a burger and fries; Presentation was good, but the patty was burnt on the outside and a cool, squishy pink inside. Sorry, wouldn't recommend the food or drinks.
Love the seafood salad. Spinach artichoke dip was bomb. Lobster quesadilla was meh, I didn't like the rice in there. The salmon combo with the Alfredo was great. Quality was surprisingly good, I was expecting bar food but it is a good restaurant and great views in the back of the harbor. We actually arrived from the harbor from our boat and stopped here for a meal break. Good service. I would come back!
From the moment we walked in, the experience at Pelican Isle, it was top-notch. The staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive without being intrusive. Every course was perfectly timed, and the attention to detail made the entire evening feel special.
