They're super nice and friendly. Me and my friends were here and they give us extra cheese sticks which was super nice. I ordered 4 drinks and 2 other foods which taste incredible and very cheap too.

this place is so amazing in general!!!!!! the boba and the food is delicious, the service is great too! they also gave us cheese sticks which i won't forget to mention, sooo good. i'll definitely visit this place more in the future!!

Peony tea house is staying at small shopping mall and first time come here! The decorations are nice and what i love is a big cherry blossom tree, i have never seen this decoration before at any boba shop. The employee is friendly, usually at boba shop they dont really come and ask u " is everything good ?" but here she came to ask me how good the foods and drinks were which really make this place more special! I ordered peach tea with sea salt and crystal boba, i have never tried sea salt with peach tea cuz i usually order sea cream. Peach tea with sea salt is pretty disappointing, the flavor is not what i expected but i think peach tea without sea salt will be good. My friends ordered banh trang tron and bulgogi fried, it was really tasty. Deep fried is crispy and the bulgogi is cooked enough, banh trang tron is always my fav needless to say anything. Def will come back and try another drink, btw i forgot to take a photo of my drink and the food..

I have been here a few times. They did however recently upgrade the inside. The drinks are good how ever they do not have too wide of a selection. I got the black lychee tea and it was delicious.

This place has been several other names before 3 months ago, but always a boba tea house. It's a small spot and in an older shopping center. Kudos & High-five to the new owners for doing some major cute changes to decor. I noticed that this is owned & operated by a family, who all seem very close. They have great customer service, the guy at cashier included to ask how my day was, that has been practically socially extinct in today's society. BUT- I must say -main reason for all 5 stars, the new owners know what they're doing & got the taste of both my Taro smoothie & friends Mango Strawberry Smoothie, "hands down!" One of the most delicious tasting, refreshing, & more importantly "the boba" taste and texture- is on point!!! Our smoothies were flavorful, not too sweet & not too watered down either, compared to the many similar tea & boba places in OC. They also nicely decorated our smoothies with whip cream and some fancy candies sprinkles on top, reminds me of unicorn colors, nice touch. Yay!!! We have a new spot much closer to home now. I was so skeptical of going in at first, as I saw its ownership has changed again, soo glad I went in, the smoothies were a perfect refreshing treat during this hot & humid weather. Also, remember "never judge a book by its cover..." so so glad I went in today. I'm coming back and going to try different teas, appetizers & food.

I don't believe theres a lot of quality boba/tea shops in Huntington Beach, so when this place opened up, I had to try it. I got the Lychee Tea and I was pleasantly surprised that it was good. It wasn't overly sweet and tasted just like yummy lychee. They have a fairly good selection of Milk Tea and Smoothies, but I wasn't really impressed with the Fruit Tea selection. Probably will go back to try out the Milk Teas.

This's my most favor boba place in town!!! Ocean Cream Milk so delicious. I never try any drink like this. Its salty, creamy and not too sweet. The employees really friendly and helpful. They explained for me and answered all my questions with smiles. I highly recommend this place for everyone!

First off CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT! If YOU make the drink wrong, then it's your job to FIX it! If you fail to include in the description of what ingredients you have in the drink, and it's not what you wanted, then a REFUND is allowed! You say you are the manager and you make the drink wrong in the first place, then instead of making it ALL over, you add ingredients into the drink, which was not stated that you add sea cream to all your drinks "standard". What tops it off is YOU DONT CURSE AT YOUR CUSTOMER IN A DIFFERENT LANGUAGE! You think it's okay to do that and not give your name when we ask for it? You need to go take some proper management classes and learn to keep your head cool. Imagine a world where drinks are made wrong and you aren't allowed a refund because you made it already and then remade it and added ingredients customers don't want, give me a break. No wonder this place has no customers. First and last time coming here.
This is probably the worse tea house I've ever been to. Customer service is horrible! Drinks ordered: Hong king milk tea and Thai "Green" Milk tea. --First off, there was only two of us in the store . Two drinks. They brought out the wrong Thai tea for my friend saying that it's there green Thai tea. Then they brought out the green Thai tea with no boba. Upon mixing the Thai tea we notice something creamy and thick that wasn't mixing easily on top. We were told later that it was Sea Cream! There was no description in the menu that there were sea cream in the drink. So we ask them to make us a brand new one without the sea cream because my friend does not like sea cream . They then had the audacity to bring out the same drink that is already mixed saying there is no sea cream!! When clearly it's the same drink that is brought out. We ask them why is it mixed already and they admit that it's the same exact drink! (Trying to keep calm through out ) So we demanded now for them to make a brand new one with no sea cream what so ever . And they said that they can't do that because the recipes calls for it. Okay no problem , we simply asked for a refund at this point. The worker ( guy in white seemed clueless so we ask to speak with the manager) after time of delay and over hearing their convo in the back the "manager " guy in black steps out. Guess what??! They "can't refund because you already ordered it!" Is what the "manager " said. WTH ? My friend can't drink knowing there's sea-cream and the drink was still sealed and untouched. Things escalated at this point. The so called manager became agitated and pissy. He says they can't refund it because they losing money if they did. What?? For 5$??Never in my life I encounter such s*** service. Instead of simply giving us the refund he had to try and save 5$??? Finally giving up he finally gave us the refund with a pissy attitude . Through out the whole thing we never once cussed at them , lucky for them but as we walk out , the guy in black cussed at us in viet unknowingly that we can understand what they said . Very unprofessional and rude. Attached is a picture of the two stooges! please I advise anyone from even think going here. Drinks sucked. Service sucked harder. 0 stars! Edit: replied back with an insult, very classy . I don't have to wish for your business to go to the dirt. I won't stoop down to your level. It's already heading there with how the management handles customer complaints. Ridiculous! Oh and Nice copy and paste your comment to my friends review! Lol!! So Bad on all levels!

This place has the worst service of all time. The owner and staff are very rude and don't know how to run a business. Their drinks mediocre and when you tell them to change drinks they will not do it for you. Also their was a fly on our food and they didn't care to give us another plate or say sorry. They don't deserve to have any clients. They don't have any type of customer service. Will report them to BBB and health department. Stay away from this place. I wouldn't even give them 1 star. Worst place ever!!

We ordered only food, and no drinks since this place was one of the few places open at the time. We ordered 2 garlic noodles, one with beef and one with eggs, popcorn chicken, and garlic fries. The garlic noodles were beyond soggy, sad, and incredibly bland. We had to add a lot of soy sauce just to eat it. The beef was verrry tough. The eggs were overcooked, but they did give us three eggs which was nice. The popcorn chicken was tragic. The seasoning was very oddly flavored, and the chicken was kind of soggy. The garlic fries were decent, but I wouldn't come back again just for that.

The workers were mulling around when we arrived and seemed to put little effort into making the tea. We were not asked about sweetness or ice level, which is common of other bubble tea places. The tea was overpowering in flavor and sweetness. Would not buy again. It was not crowded though, which was nice.

This is what I get for trying something new. I really wanted to like this place because I feel like they're always changing it and it'd be great if a boba place could just stay in business here. I only tried the ocean milk tea, so I can't speak to anything else. But it was without a doubt the worst milk tea I've ever had. I'm mad at myself for wasting $6 on it. I asked the worker what it was and I couldn't understand what he said, but I figured I'd try it anyway. I heard milk tea and cream so I figured it'd be fine. It wasn't. It might just be milk, sugar, and blue food dye. Don't be fooled by the beautiful picture. I couldn't even drink it. I'm at 85 Degrees right now getting a sea salt mountain milk tea with boba that only came to $4.35 and won't make me ill. Maybe something else is good here, but just avoid the ocean milk tea.
