Came here for lunch and had pho special with extra rib, popcorn chicken and garlic noodle & filet mignon. The soup was savory and not oily, with a clean taste. Even at the end of the meal when it was cool it still had good flavor. There was a LOT of meat in the pho which was compounded with the extra rib we ordered, very good!
But for me the best dish was the noodles w beef. The shaky beef was generous and so juicy tender, with perfectly cooked red & green peppers, just delicious! We were so surprised and impressed at this dish, honestly it was one of the best renditions of this dish we ever had and it's not even their feature dish! I would come here just for this, along with the excellent flavor the serving size is generous making this a fantastic dish!
The popcorn chicken was OK, and the winter melon drink was a bit too sweet for our taste, but that can be personal taste. They offered us a 5% cash discount which we did.
Overall Highly recommended, you won't regret a meal here.

A good Vietnamese pho restaurant worth trying. I ordered the Pho Combination and Popcorn Chicken, and both were delicious and above average. The broth had a flavorful taste with a subtle hint of Chinese herbal medicine. The popcorn chicken was also tasty, though the pieces were a bit small—it would be even better if they were larger.
The restaurant itself is clean, which sets it apart from many other pho spots. Overall, a satisfying dining experience.

We had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience at PHO LAB. My husband and son ordered meat-based dishes, and both ended up with severe food poisoning shortly after. They’ve been vomiting non-stop and are in terrible pain. I avoided eating meat, and I’m fine, which leaves no doubt about the source of the issue.
To make matters worse, we were on a road trip and had to completely stop our travels because they were too sick to continue. This has caused us significant inconvenience and ruined what was supposed to be an enjoyable journey.
Food safety should be a top priority for any restaurant, and it’s unacceptable that this happened. I would strongly caution anyone considering eating here to think twice.

Made it a point to dine-in this specific restaurant when my family and I are in the area again because we had done take-out before. Dine-in sucks. We had a party of 11 and the host was super rude. My party and I was shuffled around and wasn't allow to sit down to order our food. We were literally standing and ordering before sitting down. We were rude ask to move rudely several time for our food to be serve. They had served hot food crossing us or over us. Food was not as great as take-out. My order to-go was not make it to go. And when I ask for the contain to box myself, it was a burden. I was told that I couldn't order certain food on the menu then next thing I could. It was hectic. Owner, I hope you're reading this because of your workers poor customer service you have lost my business. I normally order for 11+ for dine-in or take-out.

My husband and I have been coming here since they opened. We love the food but feel like the service has gone down in the past couple of months. All the servers look like they are high schoolers who need more experience when it comes to handling more complex issues. Last time I was there there was a billing issue and I tried to explain to the server that things were not adding up and he seemed confused and didn’t know how to fix it. I just told him it was ok and paid for it anyway since it was $6 difference.

I really wish the food was better! I got the rib soup, and was looking forward to some fall of the bone ribs. They were rather chewy, but the meat was flavourful. The soup itself was lacking the star anise flavour and the chili paste seemed to be mixed with Sriracha.
The service was very good and the team was attentive and checked on us a few times.

Almost no air conditioner, even hotter than outside. Small food portion of appetizers and main entries. Too expensive comparing the food size with the price. Won’t go second time. Pho is too salty. Sad experience. I should have chosen a different restaurant. This chicken was too dry to chew. Even the taste didn’t worth the price at all

Picked up a bahn mi (crispy chicken) and shrimp fresh rolls. Chicken was soggy with a distinctly sweet, syrupy sauce unlike the Nuoc Mam I’ve had other places. The sandwich was too salty to finish :-(
The rolls & peanut sauce were fine but not exceptional.
Overall pretty disappointing for a Vietnamese restaurant with one of the ratings near Little Saigon! Maybe I should have gotten the pho.

Got the pho. The broth unfortunately wasn't that rich/flavorful. They also give you a lot of noodles and not enough meat. I would suggest pho 101 or redbo. Their broth was much better. Only plus is that they are opened late and have a big menu selection (which is why ig the pho wasn't the best)
