The pho here was delicious! Flavorful broth and meat. I got the pho brisket. We also ordered the garlic wings and man, were they so good! The wait wasn't long and the service was excellent. Quick and piping hot dish. We very much enjoyed our visit here and will be back!

Service: Similar to any pho joint, nothing more or less.Food: Broth here is alright. Not the greatest. Doesn't hit the spot. It's a bit outside of Little Saigon so I can see why. If you know what pho tastes like, you wont be too disappointed, but the flavor isnt fully brought out. The meat quantity is an abundance than what Id expect, that's what you're probably coming here for. The veggies quantity, is disappointing, probably due to the extra meat.Would I come here again? Most likely not.

This is now my go-to place for phở. I heard good things about it from my mom, and had to come see if what the other Yelpers were saying were true.Yes, the pho comes out super fast, and the broth is great, no extra seasonings needed.I ordered PHO YOUR WAY with brisket, flank, and ribeye.I love that each person gets their own small and reasonably-sized plate of greens and things.I also think the pho tasted even more refreshing with the spring onions they put on top when it comes out (this is not typical).What I like most about Pho Lab on top of everything else is that the 3 different staffers I interacted with were all so kind and quick to help. And the establishment is super clean.
First experience was 5/5. And second was 2/5. What comes out of the lab should be stable in quality. Seems like this one is not. It was too salty on my next visit.

Wonderful pho - many choices, and you can customize. Unique to Pho Lab is their beef rib pho! Terrific. I love coming here.
